First your company do not honored my reservation of a 15 feet vehicle I got to make a lot of changes to do my moving in a 10 footer. Then was a mess to get the contract correct at the check out. Honored your bookings and put in charge someone that know what is doing. The person in charge, now operate the business like 3rd. world country. He was highly distracted and make a mess that is costing me 39 dollars, for something that I do not understand, because his speaking is very confusing. He is a terrible guy. Always hard to deal with him. When I went there to rent a truck he made me to wait almost 1-1.5 hours to process my agreement . When I asked him if he can do quick as he is taking longer, he replied you will have to wait where there was no reason to wait but his own excuses.AYYAZ A.

When i came to the location to reserve the van, Uhaul staff was not there. I have to reserve through the website. When i returned during the business hours, the uhaul staff was also not there. He does not ask me for the CDW coverage but he added it to the bill. I return the van in good conditions but uhaul staff also added the cleaning fee to the bill. The services was very poor. The staff added extra charge without customer's knowledge.TUAN P.

Customer service of the dealer at this location was extremely non professional. First he tried to charge for half liter tank even he knew from the data that we drove only 4 km and later on when identified him that he mentioned wrong equipment in the contract which he initially not accepted and later upon contacting U haul customer service he not only acknowledged the fact but also charged as per factual position.GUFTAR A.

Booked the UHaul a month in advance, had requested 2 furniture dollies, none were there. The gas tank was just over a 1/4 tank full when I received the truck, I put $40 in the truck thinking I'd likely get reimbursed some money as the tank should've been full and I drove under 40km, was told thanks for the gas donation.Chelsea S.

This is for U-haul, not particularly for this location. People select time(number of hours) in good courtesy, still while paying for full day, so don't tell customer to pay if it's late than that, or else we should better select maximum time allowed, and tell it right on the time select page that customer will be charged extra! trailer was in an awkward place to hook up. The proprietor was difficult to understand (language/accent issue). He was not that well organized. He did NOT tighten the coupling tight enough. The tightening knob for the coupling needed some WD40 which I had on hand. The inside side rails where straps are to go thru were not uniform and some were plugged with a dried adhesive - looked like dried PL200 or PL400 construction adhesive. Very inconvenient.Carolee R.

They were extremely rude, unprofessional, and disorganized. My truck I rented was not there at the time of pickup so I had to pay more money for a bigger truck. I used the truck for 10 kilometres and returned it. After I was done 30 minutes later the person who uses the computer wasn't there so I couldn't get my refund when I returned the truck and I still have not been given my refund of $60.JEREMY F.

1. To remove auto trailer from my reservation request, to add my friend as an additional driver - it took more than an hour and in the end I still couldn't add my friend as an additional driver. 2. Though I have added the details like - my destination address, my drivers license info prior, it wasn't in the system at the time of vehicle pickup and it had to be done manually. Hopefully there would be fewer wait times reaching U-Haul customer care.VIKRAMADITHYA T.

My equipment for moving was not in the truck. I had the truck booked from 8 am to 6 pm and was done by 11 am because I could barely move anything without the equipment I rented and paid for! A customer service representative then phone me at 7 pm to complain that I left the lock for the gate in the cup holder, There was no specific instructions on where to put the lock when done! You charged me 135$ on my card when the cost was only 75$ and it shouldn't even be that much because my equipment wasn't there! Worst experience EVER! The vehicle was well suited for my move, but all season tires in Canadian winters are not acceptable. I almost got stuck 2 or 3 times on hard packed snow......you really need to install winter tires on these rentals. Thank you.Randy B.

This location and the location on Millar Avenue were awesome. The only thing I was not happy with was the central or online system that kept moving my rental to another location, which was on the complete other side of the city. I changed it 3 times and then when I showed up at lakeview suds, they didn't have anything in the system as it had been switched, luckily they had the truck that I preferred available. I never showed up for the booking across the city as I canceled it but still received a call from them.Morgan H.

1) The price we where quoted when we made the original booking was not the actual price. We where quoted ended up have $130 of extra charges at pickup. 2) The truck ran really bad and used $200 gas to drive from Saskatoon, SK to Calgary, AB. Was really terrible on fuel.juan P.

not recommend as originally booked 17 ft confirmed-changed location the night before. The self serve check in process is terrible. Site repeatedly asks to repeat same processes over and over with no error flagged. Creating an account is pointless as all information needs to be re-entered more than once. This is the same issue at any uhaul I have rented from. The business model is actually archaic/dysfunctional. Similar reviews that I have sent with earlier rentals. The monopoly that uhaul maintains allows this company to consistently fail results every time. With no other option, and you know this uhaul, you spectacularly under perform. With no competition available in my city, it allows you to provide a very poor customer service record that would never exist in a marketplace that had a competitor. This lack of attention to modernizing your website and streamlining mobile registration is a business model that will eventually find itself irrelevant. So disappointed with your inefficiency and this is my 8th rental.Richard C.
My wife received a call Oct. 7 from Lakeview Suds demanding the lock on the truck rental be returned to them. The contract that was emailed to me on my home computer on the day of pickup (I do not have data on my cell phone and did not receive until returning home). The contract states " â€¢ Return EQUIPMENT to the destination location listed on your rental contract or call the Drop Off number provided. Failure to do so may result in additional charges. This was what was done, including the lock. I had changed pickup location to Lakeview for a counter check-in since I could not do a virtual check-in. I was willing to pay the extra mileage to eliminate the virtual check-in, but the person at Lakeview could not accommodate a counter rental check-in, the person that could was returning at 3:00 pm, my pickup time was for 1:00 pm.. A family member had to drive from Nuanlage, north of Saskatoon to assist with virtual check-in with their cell phone (they have data). I returned the call from the U-Haul representative at Lakeview Suds and explained where the lock was. He demanded that I return the lock to his location as per text message when checking in to acquire the truck. This man has poor customer skills, was very demanding and rude. If the lock was to be returned to Lakeview Suds why did they not keep it when I picked up the vehicle. If I was to return said lock to the pickup location would they be there at 2:00 am.?Harvey S.
