Man behind the counter was rude. Odd after hours drop off procedure, weird location. Haven’t received our deposit back yet.
Laura SThe person working at the drop-off site- a convenience store- was not helpful. He didn't appear to know what I should do to drop-off the truck other than telling me to call U-Haul at a phone number he provided. I called the number and then was told I would be on hold for 10-15 minutes, but having no other option I waiting. The customer service person was cordial and helpful. I've near had such an unsatisfactory experience in returning a rental vehicle during many rentals in the last 20 years.

Angela SI appreciate the fact that they were open when JD Automotive was closed with a high-fence due to the neighborhood (drunks lying in the road, homeless people with grocery carts, hookers). The counter lady was very accommodating and helpful--I had a flight to catch and she took care of the matter. Thank you.
