I did not get the van that was in the picture. I have rented the van in the picture in the past and it has 3 seats. I had 3 people and only 2 seats in the van that I received. This was a problem.

We were first time trailer users. When we had the hitch installed, we were not informed of the additional things (ball hitch, insert and pin) that we had to purchase. Therefore when we went to pick up the trailer we had to make several trips to Home Depot. In addition, the trailer turned out to be too small for our needs (told several people what we wanted to move. We could have ordered everything that we needed from Amazon and saved thousands of dollars trying to move things ourselves. Pick up location was changed at the last minute and we had to drive much further.

I didn' l look for an owner's manual for the van. Not sure if there was one, but it would be good to have one. Also, the willingness of the manager to let us have an extension on the van rental time was extremely helpful for us during our unexpected medical issue. Thank you, and happy Thanksgiving!

I did not chose this location. After making an appointment online I was called the day before my move noting that my nearest trust was an additional 30 minutes away from where I was supposed to pick up. How could I book online and the site saying my truck was at the location near me and then get a call saying I would have to drive 30 minutes outside the way?! Please update your site so inventory/scheduling is up to date. After making the change to this new location because it was last minute someone charged me the “safe move” fee which I did not agree to online. The new location added this fee. Unfortunately I could not pick up the truck because I did not have an additional 30 minutes to spare but when I checked the receipt I noticed the fee, which is unfair. I will be calling for a refund for the “safe move” insurance fee. I’m very unsatisfied with this overall experience.

There were papers inside from last customer and the tank was a little above "E"! That was annoying to have to go right to a gas station in the rain! Also hard to give back the same way. Should be a full tank of gas.
