Took me an over hour to pick a truck, the online process is very hard. I will never rent Uhaul in my life

It was an easy place to find and locate the truck. The digital (24/7) pickup option takes about ten minutes and is a little onerous, so be sure to account for that when showing up to pick up the truck.
