Make sure when someone makes reservations that they actually have a truck on time. Let people know if the uhaul office is OPEN OR CLOSED. My whole trip was ruined because I was late making my appointments because I couldn’t get my truck on time. I had to pay more money because everything was behind schedule.

Jose PI was very disappointed that I had to pick up my vehicle at this location. It was 25 minutes out the way and they gave me a truck that was way too large for what I needed it for. That increased the cost of gas to feel the vehicle and the difficulty of driving it. I was very disappointed

Lane SMake it clear where the drop box is for returning trucks. We finally found it but was difficult, as the drop box is in an unlighted corner of the outside of the laundromat and poorly marked.
JOY SPick location not my preferred location and had to drive 21 miles to pick up. Had requested a 15ft van to move my daughter to a studio apartment in Atlanta. The vehicle was switched to a 26 ft van at last minute. We filled less than a quarter of it. Managed to navigate small streets ok enough. Only issue was the 7.5 mpg instead of ~15 a smaller van would have given us, so gas price was double than I had budgeted for. Hence the 3 star rating..
Andrew LBe very clear about military discount. One said yes and the other said it was for only active duty.

Scott BReservation is pointless if it is not honored. Truck was over 5 hours late and they had no moving blankets (we reserved 60) and no furniture dolly (we reserved 1). Also had to drive 30 miles to pick it up and then got charged miles overage at drop off.

els RThe location was clean and neat. The man there was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately the contact center called me to let me know that the place in Cordele that I originally requested to pick up the truck did not have what I needed and sent me to Lake Blackshear. I caught a taxi to the location just to find out they only rent their truck out locally and we were moving back to MI. The man there got on the phone and got me a truck, that was driven there from an hour away. He was GREAT!!

Breona Pthe guy was very nce but the truck was a mess. Had caution lights flashing on the dash, I gve a mnths notice and ended up with a piece of junk to do a multi state move / shame on uhaul

DEL BThe location was great. However, the service I received with uhaul online and 800 number was less tgan poor. The warwick location has the wrong telephone number listed on google. The Hawkinsville location is a disgrace. 2 hours spent at that location. Ended up walking out.
