Nicole and the entire team were very accommodating even when I needed to modify my reservation. While on-site, I noticed a lot of customers come here and there seems to be an overwhelming trust for this shop. I am very pleased to have been paired up to return my rental at this location. A+++ Highly recommend them.

rodney bRatchet for the wheel is rusted and difficult to utilize. People at trailer pick up were friendly and very helpful. Could have picked up trailer at Crescent City which was much closer than Palaka.

sandy cI initially made an online reservation at a different location, but when I arrived at my scheduled time, there were no trucks available. Luckily, I called Laibls and they had 2, so we picked one up immediately. Excellent customer service, would highly recommend!!
