Marty GThe guy working there was a complete asshole. My original reservation was mixed up and all he did was cuss and disrespect his “boss” about how cheap he is and how he can’t do anything correct at their location. I then return the truck and notice the door is closed and the hours posted said 7 am - 3 pm which I returned my truck at 4:15 pm so I dropped my keys in the key drop off on the door. As I’m walking to my car he swings the door open and yells at me that they’re open and I can bring the keys in. I’ve rented there before I they had me park the truck in the back which I did this time and he basically yelled at me for parking in the back and his statement quote for quote “I don’t know why the fuck you parked back there. We don’t do that shit anymore.” Which then I looked at him and could only say ok. He needs to be fired asap because that customer service and the way he disrespected me infront of my kids and wife was unacceptable

Michael CThe trailer I picked up needed air in the RR tire. The person that hooked up the trailer said I should put air in the tire before loading it. I think the equipment should be serviced and ready to go. Customers should not have to stop and air up tires. Other than that service was great!

DAVID SI didn’t even get the lady’s name that helped me but she was extremely nice, pleasant and professional! She was really helpful- walked me to the truck and helped me inspect the truck. I’ve gone to this location numerous times and she went above and beyond the service I’ve had in the past. Not saying I’ve had a negative experience but after I got the keys (in the past), I was on my own.

Sanford MI noticed they did not have a lot of the normal U-haul extras like boxes, blankets, and packing materials. It is a very small location so I guess they don't have room for things like that. The two people I met when I was picking up my truck and returning it were Alex and Sara. They were very helpful and professional. Checking in and out was quick and easy.
RANDY MThe van I rented had about an eighth of a tank of gas in it!! I spent $121 to fill it not knowing what type of gas mileage it would get. I returned the van with over half a tank of gas and was reimbursed $13!!! Total BS
michael hI have rented several times from U-Haul. This is one of the better experiences. Mainly because of your worker. She’s very nice, cordial, knowledgeable. She has a good “face“ for your business.

Michael AWHEN I PICKED IT UP, DRIVING 3 MILES, THE GAS INDICATOR WAS EMPTY. RETURNED IT BACK SHOWED THEM THAT GAS WAS EMPTY. THEY TOLD ME THAT I'LL GET A GAS CREDIT FOR IT. LOOKS LIKE THE PREVIOUS GUYS WHO USED IT DIDN'T BOTHER TO FILL IT UP.

Terri MThere was no service in the area, the workers even said it was a dead zone, so the mobile check in and checkout service was not fast. It was not speedy and not helpful. It took awhile for photos to upload or for me to checkout. I had to walk around the parking lot multiple times to get even two bars and even then it still was slow. This needs to be improved otherwise there is no point in mobile checkout. The workers don’t do anything but sit there and they should have just handled the checkout process to ensure the truck was clean.
