I did an after hours drop off, I had some trouble finding a location to park the trailer in the lot. No one was there to help.

Sheen MThe drop off location is not at Lamonte’s Auto Center at the provided address. Some guy pulled in behind us at the drop off address only to tell us to take it to a different location nearby without explanation.

JANE ZTruck had a maintenance issue in that the traction control system needed maintenance. This prevented the use of the cruise control on a long distance interstate move. Very frustrating!

Charles LThey just didn't meet us so we had to call and make sure we were doing it right and then wait for the receipt to come through in the late afternoon but for the convenience of dropping off in Custer it was not a big deal.

Thomas NBetter signage for drop off location. Driveway entry is not well marked and is easy to enter into the wrong driveway as I did. LaMonte quickly corrected a drop off receipt error. No issues with the operation of the rental truck or return. Truck was returned much cleaner condition than when I picked it up in Aberdeen, WA.
