No hay suficiente publicidad de Uhaul, pueden mejorar también en ordenar estacionamientos o indicadores, parece un negocio combinado que da un poco de incertidumbre de donde dejar el camión, si no estorba a los demás negocios o algo. pero todo salió muy bien . gracias

Nothing, great customer service
alfredo mGood morning.. What he just did to me is a robbery...the rent for the cargo vehicle I rented was more than 200 USD... It took me one more day to deliver it and I let them know and it turns out that I see a discount on my card of more than 700 USD. Apart from the poor condition of the vehicle and the bad check-in experience...

Vance JBetter checked vehicles before renting. Only a mile from rental place and low tire light and engine light on. Also when arriving at my home about 3 miles away vehicles smelled hot and mechanic found fan clutch bad.
Thomas BThe air conditioner did not work and I realized this after I loaded the truck. I was told that I had to go to a different location to get it checked. Once I arrived at the other location, I was told to call roadside assistance. I asked for a different truck and they wanted me to drive an hour to exchange it. I refused. they then found me a 15 ft truck at a third location. Terrible experience.

Jose PI picked the truck using phone, they didn’t leave key on the black box. When I brought back the truck the attendant was “busy”, he asked me to leave and he processed the deliver 90 min after. They need to improve. They can do it better.
Omar RI had ordered a dozen furniture pads and was charged for they weren’t on the truck. Went back an hour later when they opened and no one was there. Tried to call and no answer. This is the second time I used this location and we no a/c in the truck, when we mentioned it, they didn’t seem to care. I just want to be refunded the $10 on the pads I didn’t get
Alan WThe U-Haul stunk, they are not sanitized at all, the seatbelt was stained badly, the steering wheel had gunk from years ago, the seats had dog hair all over them....
JULISSA RTruck was dirty and had a very bad odor. Not cleaned on the inside at all.

Clarence PThe only thing I struggled with is the fuel usage. It didn't matter if I went 55 mph of 70mph . The fuel consumption was absolutely horrible. And the truck I had was supposed to be the smallest truck available.
