Well the parking lot is full of nails (sup, tire damage?!?!) that we had to kick our of the way, so we'll start with that. Also, there was no pre-inspection of the vehicle so I took a video prior to leaving just incase. The steering wheel was hard to control (transmission problem, much??) also received it with ZERO gas. So I returned it with very little as well. It was dirty on top of all of that. I appreciated the flexibility the company gave me and the friendliness of the employee, but never in one million years would I EVER recommend this location.Emily O.

The truck smelled terribly of smoke, I was not provided a discount for this, and had to take the truck because I was moving and no other 26 foot trucks were available. I then tried to get money off when I returned the vehicle, and they said to call customer service there is nothing he could do on his end. Lastly, I called customer service and they said only the drop-off location could provide the discount, and they are not able to do anything. Honestly, this is extremely poor customer service, and I should be provided a discount for the truck that literally reeked of smoke for the entire time I had it. Even after picking it up my wife asked if I had smoked because I then smelled of smoke. ZERO STARs, you should give discounts when your trucks are not clean, and epsecially if they reak of smoke, I know you charged the previous renters for the smoke smell, and then provide zero discount to me. VERY VERY UPSET, your profited off me having to breath in an ashtray for 3 days while I drove from Denver to San Diego.Patrick D.
The uhaul I rented was not available at my pick up time. They sent me to a new location which cost me more do to being further and costing me more mileage. On top of that they charged me for gas when I returned it half full the same as when I rented it.clinton M.

They charged me double the estimate. We drove 20 miles and they charged for 10 gallons of gas and said we returned it empty. I took a pic of the gauge when we returned that proves it wasn't empty. We will never use uhaul againJEFFREY G.

The guy (owner, worker unknown) was late to open up, I was already on phone with U-haul trying to figure out what to do when this guy finally shows up. I asked about the $50 pickup guarantee on the person on the phone with U-Haul and they said they cant do it, has to be done with local store, but he said he can't do it either, So Much for that! Next the windshield wipers didn't work, I couldn't get it out of park on the first several attempts (yes I was stepping on the brake pedal). The location property was covered in trash and garbage. totally disgusting location. When I went to return before 5 pm the place was already closed, no one around. The receipt e-mailed to me was sent in a .gif format and unable to open, print or use. WORST experience with U-Haul ever.THOMAS M.

Parking off street is an issue, but when I returned the truck someone was there to meet me, inspect the truck and close out the contract. Overall it was a good experience and I would rent from this location again.BRUCE N.

As I checked my bank account I noticed a 2nd charge on my card which was entered by hand. I have no record or receipt emailed to me for that 2nd charge. What kind of sham bs is that. Also there's the smallest drive way with obstacles like a dumpster and a rusty fence as well as a yellow pole that many people have git numerous times.Nicholas S.

My pick up was scheduled at 10 and the employee did not arrive until 1010. Their was 8 plus people waiting at that time. When I returned the vehicle, no one was there and was forced to do the return vehicle on line and also park it in a very tight lot. Would not recommend this location to anyone.Blaine H.

Staff was extremely unfriendly. I had reserved the truck several days in advance with the inclusion of a dolly. I was moving into a new house so it was necessary. I was told with no explanation that there was no dolly available for me. I was directed to go buy one from Home Depot. Not the experience I expect from uhaul.Flynn M.

Very convenient location. We dropped the trailer off after hours and it was a very easy process. Although it had already closed the grandfather of the owner was there and was very friendly and helpful in showing us where to park the trailer.Kathleen R.
The app / website to make a return was not retrieving my location and pointing to my phone as the cause, when I've been able to notify Home Depot of my location all week. That site needs to be fixed, otherwise I do not feel confident in recommending anyone to use the online return system, and we may consider Penske, instead, in the future.THIEN L.

I waited for an hour and a half and they kept saying my card was declined and I needed credit...etc. Anyway, I waited for two hours until an attendant got there. The attendant was amazing and great and the best person ever. What sucked was the uhaul app and their online customer service I had to pay my movers two extra hours for their services and still got gauges for an extra cost for mileage when I left it with more gas than what it had in it. Anyway worst experience of my life.regina V.

Truck was not running, major issues with 24/7 access to get rental agreement started after picking up truck, major hassel and added issues which should of been addressed well before pick up when we have people waiting to help us move. And price ended up being twice as much as originally booked it for. Will not rent from them againRonald A.

Moving blankets we outside truck on boat trailer and dirty, truck broke down due to poor maintenance and lost 4-5hrs, the APP is not user friendly and couldn't upload photos easily and the go back is hard to use, couldn't get anyone to assist with Dropbox as no after hours contact.
