joseph cWhen I picked the truck up at the counter, I asked if I need to do any kind of online check in with phone, because I have done that before, and the employee said no. Hours later after I was finished moving I noticed a text message on my phone from Uhaul telling me I need to click on the link and verify things on the truck before I start using it. I clicked on the link and it said it was expired now. So I missed the online check in as a result of incorrect information given to me by the person at the check in counter. Then, the truck was so far backed up against a hill, I could not see the back of the truck at all. It turns out, they left the back door completely open and I drove off with the back door open without knowing it and there was a loose hand truck and several blankets in the back. Also, I did not order a hand truck or blankets and it was a hassle to try and deal with those things that I did not need or use. We needed all the space in the Uhaul truck so we had to put them in the back of the car which was a hassle when we did not order them. Absolutely horrible service. I will never use this location again.
Elizabeth YI have rented and purchased equipment from Vintage Transport in years past. Always helpful, very knowledgeable about trailers and towing equipment. It's really all the people there that provide excellent service.

Rory PGrateful for the proximity of Hwy 50, but felt shady and lots of staff standing around or working on personal projects. Would not want to rent a trailer from this location based upon the overall atmosphere of the place.

Michael AWhen I rented the truck it only had 1/4 of a tank of gas. Ridiculous! That left me worrying about getting gas before going anywhere with the truck! I was told to bring the truck back with the same 1/4 tank when finished! Please rent the truck with a full tank so that a person can do their job and bring the truck back with a full tank ready for the next person.

eduardo nCheck all trailer lights prior to release. Found the only working lights were the brake lights, couldn't be seen in the dark. Had multiple close calls from other drivers being unable to see the trailer at night.

randi kEven though U-Haul had me scheduled to do a drop off in a far away location, I returned the truck to the closest dealer and staff at the location I wasn’t scheduled for, welcomed me with open arms and took it in and helped me with grade a service.

SETH BMostly clean just a lot of bugs on the outside and some dirt from the road. Also the photos that I reviewed when I picked up the truck were completely inaccurate. This discrepancy caused me to be concerned with whether or not I would be charged for something I didn’t cause. Don’t know when the pics were taken but it wasn’t from when the last renter dropped the truck off. The location was perfect, very easy to drive the truck in and out and super convenient. Instructions were clear. Key boxes very easy to find. Was able to park my car and leave it there for the few hours I rented the truck. Safe place located right off the highway. Great experience overall!
