The office was closed, no signs of where to park the truck. The app says to no block entrance or business but there was no where to park. As I was trying to check off the questions on the app, the workers were exiting the building and leaving and I asked if they worked for the UHAUL company and was immediately shut down and told no we're closed, I told them I know they're closed and I don't care that they're closed but was wondering if I could park the truck here and the reply was, anywhere, park it here there I don't care while trying to rush over to their car. I just took the pictures and left the truck. Extremely rude

Made me pick up in a different location on a different day notifying me that morning which required me to call out from work, losing pay, customer service was terrible got charged for gas even though it was at 3/4 which is what I picked it up at and for milage despite having to drive it farther. When asked if there was anything they could do she told me no there's nothing

Fast, easy, friendly service. Trailer was ready. Worked perfectly. Minor: An easy way to lock the trailer to the car would be helpful. Chains had screw links and hooks, but I was able to create a chain loop with a lock at our overnight stop.

Absolutely no parking. I personally wouldn't recommend this drop off location. Seemed like it was run according to business model I guess, no above and beyond service. Just a drop off zone (that no one appears to be supervising based on the two uhaul trailers taking up n ungodly amount of space. We BARKLEY fit in their little street parking spot. Meanwhile the 711 in Delhi we originally wanted to drop off at doesn't accept trailers apparently. ...despite their very large banner out front stating "Trucks &, Trailers" ...get your shit together Uhaul. Had to drive an addition 9.2 miles which of course I was charged for because no one communicated the fact that the Delhi drop off location could not accept trailers.. The Fuhk. And then you want to charge me for it? Absolutely ridiculous. This was an error/oversight on the companies behalf that I shouldn't be charged for. If the company behaves this way I will simply inform others and never use you again. 路‍♀️. And at the end of the day, I would love to point out that I don't blame any of the employees. This shit is usually due to a crappy management/corporate chain. So better U Haul. I am hoping this is not the norm.... because right now it feels like a private moving company may be the way to go.

Staff are too busy with main store services (insurance, money orders, etc.), so long waits. And I requested blankets online but they were not made available at the store and clerk didn't seem apologetic. Just an average experience, but got the job done.

Our original pickup location was in Merced, they had a 15' truck, but apparently it wasn't a truck we could rent. The nearest location that had a 15' truck was in Winton... further from our destination. That sucked. We weren't happy.

Poor customer service. We returned the truck with gas and just because the dial was not exactly where it was supposed to be (like $1-2 off) we were charged an extra $9. Will not be returning to this location.

The staff was friendly, but they were very unorganized. They did not have parts for the equipment and had to go to an auto parts store to purchase it. I had to wait 20 minutes for them to do this. It was very annoying and a waste of my time.

They are so unprofessional. David is the one help me. He was so afraid to keep his words whatever he said when I rent the 26 feet U-Haul truck. He did not say that I had to check out by downloading the app that way no matter what. All he said was " that was the option, if I return the truck after hours. Either on the contract, where did they say that I have to down load the app in order to return the truck. I rent the truck on Monday 23rd and called him today 25th to make sure he charged me correctly. Well, he did not take out the key which I dropped it on late Monday until now. He also charged me 2 days instead. He said that I have to call the U-Haul customer service to get credit as I wish. I got so mad wasting my time to call the 1800 U-Haul to explain or else they will charge me extra day due to The U-Haul at Winton, ca did not complete the check out paperwork on time with the key I dropped the the box overnight. I never want to do any business with them again. They don't know what and how to treat customer happy. Unreliable, Unprofessional, Not met expectation, poorly train agents, mismanagement business.

The agent at pick up location lied, we requested that we pay at dropped off. She ran card! after she said it was only a "hold" she said that we had requested charges to be paid off at dropped off. She also said that if we return it earlier than 3 days we would get a credit. When I returned it at the Temecula location the Manager Robert Walsh said that was not case. We were quoted $105 in April and she ran $150 (is this a result of COVID) shame it is. You committed pick up in Modesto, but the actual pickup was in Winton 40 miles out of my way for a total of 80 round trip as I need it to pick up car in Modesto. This is after we confirmed pick up at your McHenry on Saturday for pickup at Kansas location. We did get a notice of location change on Sunday at 6:00. We went to the Kansas location on Monday at 7:00 am and they had a trailer there, why was this not given to us and the other customer pickup on Winton? We left Kansas at 7:30 to Winton to wait for 40 minutes as they do not open till 9:30am. How come you guys do not have std hours - as a service to customer? You really need to look for an alternative location!!! Going to dispute charges with CC. Feel free to call me at 951-805-4127.

Yes I was told I was getting a 30mile package but I was told in the dealership in Winton California if I didn't use the whole 30miles I'd get refunded wha was unused

The trailer I rented had magnetic tail lights and the wires were duct taped to the side of the trailer. There was no one to help hook the trailer fortunately my son was there to help me. When my son turned in the trailer in Reno he was asked what's up with the lights. He told them that's they way it was rented to us. I received a phone call from the regional manager and he told me he was embarrassed that the trailer had gone out that way. After apologizing several times he offered to refund my rental fee. I understand that unforeseen things can happen but it's nice to know that there are still folks and companies that pride themselves in customer service.

Make sure that the items ordered are available. I ordered 2 dozen blankets, but they only had 4 blankets available. When I asked if I could have the blankets at no charge, she refused. Because of this, I had to go to two more U-Hail locations before I got the blankets.

I brought the truck back after one day. First thing that was said to me was "your late" I said I am early I rented for two days. Got charge for two days and she rented it immediately to a man who was waiting.

UHaul location for pick up point in Winton was not clearly marked on the reservation sheet. We went to another location nearby thinking that was the only store then only to be told there is another one. We live in the area for over 30 years and the only one we knew was the one we went first. We didn't even the second store. The movers that were sent to help us were excellent. They were courteous and diligent on their job. We moved our stuff out of Winton around Feb 12, 2018.
