Ensure that the truck has been cleared of snow and that the cargo gate is accesible. I had to physically struggle to open the cargo gate due to the icy condition. The windshield was also covered in ice which made it difficult to clear. The utility dolly I requested was not provided.

The bathroom and I side of the shop needs to be cleaned. There was a funky smell in there. Otherwise, location was good.

I had a digital only copy of my lease I could not upload and my passport was packed (not everyone has a passport either). I was lucky to know 2 others who were awake to verify me. Also it was so cold that it took us 30+ min to open the lock.
