Had to cross busy street to access truck that was parked unnecessarily close to another vehicle. Presentation is poor, located inside a shady convenience store. Lady working was very nice and she was helpful.

I made a reservation then the morning of I was told the truck wasn’t there. They called back a hour later to let me know it was brought back. I was told I could drop it off at any U Haul location. After I dropped it off I received a call telling me I had to come back and take it to the place I picked it up or I would be charged a additional $413 . Needless to say while moving this wasted a few hours of my day. Mistakes happen so I get it but still a inconvenience.

When it came time to drop off my truck the drop off location had been changed and I didn't realize it. When I came to the store the lady helping me told me what happened and arranged so I could still drop my truck off, she was so great in making sure my situation was handled and I'm very grateful for her help!

When I arrived i was told that their system was down and I was not able to get a moving truck that I had scheduled online. I had already completed the online check-in, but they told me that there was nothing they could do. I had movers scheduled and had made plans to move that morning and all that needed to be changed which caused a lot of headache and cost. The employees were not very helpful, and provided little feedback. I was told that they would contact me directly when their system came back on-line, but I never received a call and only found out after calling back in myself.

The trailer has not been swept out. The store owner charged us for insurance when we had declined it and said we had to have it. Had to contact U-Haul to get a credit.

Location in a quick shop convenience store. Just a little busy with other customers while new cashier tried to figure out what to do. She was polite, and doing her best. Store was busy and she was the only staff there.

Very nice people who were eager to please . Seemed new to the rental Business. Had to show how to unhook the trailer as they had not had a trailer yet. Location was a small quick stop.
