Have to wait for long time and the process took more time. They don’t have all the requested items and they are suggesting to go different location which is 4 or 5 miles away, Requested for bigger dolly but they provided smaller one but still they charged bigger dolly price as they don’t know how to change it.

The pick up experience was bad. The utility dolly i reserved want there. And i got a equipment dolly which was hard to use. And now i see i am charged for an additional dolly and furniture pads i didnt even use

Ordered a 15 foot truck MONTHS in advance. Arrive and it’s NOT available! Neither was the dolly or furniture pads! I was still charged for the larger truck, dolly, and furniture pads I didn’t receive! Truck was not checking in until a couple of days later! Will NEVER use this location again!

The driver side door panel had a dead rat in it. I had to return the truck without completing my work, they did not have any other truck to supplement the same. Really pathetic situation n ridiculous. Disappointing experience.

The vehicle that i have rented did not had the backup camera. It would be really helpful that if we had one in place

Points observed 1.The side rear mirror of the truck was broken 2.The gas was less than 1/4 filled. So had to fill the gas again on the way. 3.The superior just gave the truck keys and went. No one came to examine the truck for it's condition. 4. No ownership

Mobile check in took too long, almost 30 minutes. Downloaded your mobile app but it never associated my order. Mobile app account set up was very confusing and glitchy. Not very user friendly.

To start with, they charged me for two days even though I returned the truck on same day before 5 PM (handed keys to the manager). This is ridiculous I should say, also they made me wait 20 mins to pick up the truck saying that the manager was busy when I can see him help other people. I hope my charge discrepancy can be resolved.

Small out of the way location attached to a Kwik Car shop. I wish they would have left me to the original larger drop off location off Ira E. Woods in Grapevine - much larger , better lit , and easier access.

Overall a very good experience. There was a small confusion on whether the truck I had pre reserved online was available. That was resolved quickly. Returning the truck was quick and easy.

I went to the store pick up the truck. The store changed my reservation with 24 hours charge 2 days though I already made reservation online and paid. And telling me that's the way for truck rent when I question why. I just can't believe this from U-Haul.

I filled the fuel to the same level as when I picked the truck. I was charged extra 16 dollars for fuel charges. I would like to know why I was charged. Please send me my money back.

Went in returned truck was charged 3 days later was charged additional 200 dollars called back unable to speak to someone about the erroneous charges

They did not have the utility dolly I had in the reservation and gave me appliance dolly with a high price and told me that there will not be any difficulty in using them. But that was not true. Appliance dolly was so heavy that I did move a single item using that dolly. So I paid for dolly that I did not use.

Been 20 minutes here and drop box has a combination lock and dependant never gave me the code. What do i do with the key? It’s 10:30 pm and don’t know what to do with the key. Call me at(972) 822-3833

Communicate Better with your customers. When I went to pick up the truck, I was informed that the agent couldn’t find my reservation in the system for that location. We looked for 30 mins then he found my reservation at a different location. We confirmed the email that was sent to me that the location I was as was correct. It was just an inconvenience.

I have above average , because they noted the miles out wrong in receipt and i been charged extra. There is no receipt before they handedover the truck to me. But the vehicle is clean and good place to park your personal vehicle too.

I say I would not recommend this location because when we rented the equipment the person there was very nice but the equipment did not have a ramp and it's extremely hard to move if furniture without a ramp washers dryers couch beds and we didn't have a ramp so I would not ask anybody else to go there because who needs a rental truck without a ramp we actually had to rent the truck twice because we couldn't get done because we were too exhausted after the first day of heavy lifting

I faced difficulty returned the truck. I have used mobile application for checkin and checkout. It was a mess. I have tried multiple times to complete the transaction and it keep on throwing Server application error.

Service was great. I was able to call and reserve, then clarify my questions once I went in to receive the keys.

Even though I returned with in 24 hrs, I was charged for 2 days. Two days rental and two days insurance. I called up customer service and they said they would refund extra day charge and insurance. After a week I got only extra day charge refunded. I called up customer care again and they said they would refund insurance. I got email 10 days ago that they will refund insurance however I am still waiting for my money.

I added to my order 1/2 dozen of furniture pads which didn't come in the truck and I realized once I arrived to my first pick up point. Due to the rush of moving my furniture and also checking out I wasn't able to point it ate that time.

When I took the truck I noted down the gas limit and filled the gas untill that limit and handed over back. But still I was charged for gas stating thag it was full. I have attached the photos and waiting my amount to be returned. Still I didnt receive any reply from this dealer.

Uhaul truck was worstly maintained as far as driving is conserned. The brakes are not good - I had to drive at 25 mph and scary brake would not work.

The location charged me for gas even though I returned the vehicle with a fuel level slightly more than the level at which I received. I have used the truck only for 3 miles and I filled more than one gallon of gas before returning. I have proof of the receipt. By no imagination that the fuel level will fall short. I will visit the location on Monday (if they are open) or on Tuesday.

Upon reaching at the location i was told that the 9” van that i had reserved was not available, i was told to go to some other locations near by, after arguing for 5min they told me i would get a van in next 10-15min, this was not expected after making reservations for a van in advance.

The truck smelled like farm animals and using it for our delivery was not possible. That might not sound bad but the smell was sickening! The employee sprayed Fabreeze to help the smell but that didn't help. I had to buy my own spray to get rid of the smell.

Not let them rent uhaul out to anyone. The head light was out truck was dirty said the gas full which it was not. I would never recommend this to anyone the worst experience with uhaul I have ever had.

Don't hide $70 in fees from your customer until 2 days after they've returned a vehicle. Last time I rented a 20' truck from Uhaul, it only cost me $50 for 2 days of use and twice the distance. A 15' truck 2 days ago cost me over $100 for less than 4hrs of use. Will be looking into other options for my next moving needs.
