This location is sketchy and unprofessional. The staff were certainly honest, and they did resolve my problems, but it was still a longer and more uncomfortable experience than it needed to be.Jonathan S.
The location is convenient. There were issues renting the equipment so it took nearly 45 minutes to get my truck. The truck was not clean when I received it. There was trash, dirt, and paper in the back of the truck. Convenient location but could definitely be run better.Pervis B.
This is a convenience store. There was only one clerk working and he did not seem to know how to process the U-Haul rental. He had to call someone else for help; it took over 30 minutes to get the keys, all the while, customers are trying to buy sodas, chips, and other convenience store items. I would definitely NOT recommend this as a location to pick up a U-Haul. This is not the location I requested - I requested the U-Haul pick up at Compass Storage, where I had a storage unit. I'm not sure why they moved my pick up location, but there were 4 of the same size truck at Compass when we drove the U-Haul in to clean out my storage unit. Overall the pickup was not a good experience.Robert F.

For one thing, the truck we rented at the Acworth location should have been available at our original location we rented from in Kennesaw.We had to go to this location which was not convenient. Extremely disappointed with with U-HAUL overall. Also we added gas before we dropped off to where it was on gauge. Was told not enough and had to pay extra at U-HAUL. AND we received a text a couple of days before if we wanted to upgrade. Please call this number. I called the number which was the regional office and upgraded. I guess the reservation manager didn't add it to our account after she said she did. I spent two days trying to take care of the upgrade we apparently didn't receive. Terrible customer service no I'm sorry we don't have a truck etc. Very frustrating and disappointing experienceSAMUEL S.

The guy is a crook and a thief. I was told that the rental was $238.00 but it was actually $227.00. The total due was $245.92 plus a $100 deposit for a total of, $345.92. I gave this crook $350. He didn't give me back any change. Instead, he told me that it all went in the system and I would get it back at dropoff, which was a LIE!!!Debra S.

The clerk, Abu, was an excellent service provider. He was most courteous and proficient. I will highly recommend him to my family and friends. The truck was clean and well maintained.Tyrone C.

Overall it was great! The dealer had a little problem with giving me the exact amount owed. The Uhaul was not previously cleaned out prior to my rental. But no big deal...I swept and cleaned out for the next customer.Angela B.
There was a major price discrepancy and miscommunication. This was my third stop in my attempt to rent a truck. The first scheduled pickup location not only did not have the truck, but did not have the capability of renting trucks at all. The second location was a 24/7 pickup but the mobile system was not working and I could not get customer service on the phone. And the third location was just a difficult experience. I will never use Uhaul again.Patrick B.

Please be up front and honest with pricing. Your representative told me it was 79.00 with 53 miles. I drove 52.8 miles and was charged. According to the rental drop off representative I was only allowed 37 miles. I was also told at the pick up location that I would be charged extra for paying with CASH??? I gave my credit card and I am still waiting on the funds to be released. Thank you for tying up my money when I had cash to pay for the rental.Toni J.
