I have used Uhaul in different areas, and this was the best uhaul I had ever been too. He had great customer service and gets you in and out so fast. I will always use him when I am in this city.

The uhaul itself only had half a tank of gas so on top of paying by the mile we had to fill the tank ourselves, and more than once the uhaul stalled and wouldn't start. The steering wheel was crooked and the check engine light was on.

Sonya KThe truck should not have been rented out. It has too many issues that we're not safe to drive. Apparently no one test drives these vehicles before they are rented out. The truck jerked and sputtered. No get up and go. Hit the brakes and you're still going. The steering wheel pulls all the way to the left. I shouldn't have been charged the full amount to rent a safety hazard.
