Although the place is a little run down. the manager makes up for it with customer service. If i ever rent again, i will start with this place. I can overlook dirt or clutter, but not courtesy and this place has plenty of courtesy.

He ( the owner of location) was wonderful. Such a good man and very helpful.

The gentleman that handled the contract did an amazing job

The tow dolly I rented wasn't properly maintained. After I got to my destination I discovered the straps and deck chains had not been secured to the dolly and had dragged the ground for 150 miles. Also one of the brake light assemblies fell out somewhere along the trip. Had to drive 3 hours with only 1 tail light. The ratchets for the straps were rusty and very difficult to use.

We have rented here a couple of times and will continue to do so. Very friendly, easy access and a good central location. Thanks guys! Debbie Sue Morgan

This location was a 30-40 minute commute from my home where I initially scheduled for my appointment truck pick up. I did not find out until the day of that my location was changed... Once we got to the place, It took about 2 hours before the guys system was able to work and allowed me to rent the truck. Therefore this truck rental took me over 3 hours pick up and get back home. Totally inconvenient.

Tell the truth about the price! People are short of money. I could not get one of my meds.

I was overcharged because the person who input the "milage in" numbers typed the numbers incorrectly the first time, so he had to give me a full refund and repeat the process.

He was very helpful to find right connector for our Motorhome and Uhaul cargo trailer. Thank you.

Nothing. Harold was great. Even purchased a car from his lot when I dropped off the rental van.

Uhaul charged me $166.00 but the rental agreement and mileage only cost 133.00 and I've yet to receive my refund.

Create a way to help customers save money on their move. The cost for mileage should be changed to some other option.

The truck I rented has a transmission issue, I think, shifted hard , but other then that it worked great, one other note you should make all your trucks smoke free, someone had smoked in the one I rented, nasty smell. I will recommend UHAUL to my friends and family.
