Dear Sir or or Madam, Your representative has promised a refund of $260.00. Reason for refund is that the truth size was changed, without prior consent. This led to multiple mobility issues. I was unable to enter the truck without help or having to use a step still to get in the truck. Increasing the riski of injury. This led to added stress, to an already stressful situation. I requested a guaranteed pick out at 7 am from the Oshkosh Location (when they open), then I was told that I had to drive to Neenah to get it and the pick-up location didn't even open until 8 am. I'm very disappointed and I would like some money back, due to the issue I had issues getting into my new apartment in La Crosse. You also over changed me, when I reserved a truck it was around 106, then with the protection plan and fees, it should ave been around 130 instead I ended up paying over $200. This is the first time I have had issues with you but it will probably be the last time I use you with all the shit I had to deal with.

I had no issues with this rental at all. I was in and out of the location both at pickup and drop-off. The trailer was exactly what I expected.

I selected the truck share 24/7 option, which allows you to skip the counter and get going on your own. The key code lock was not on the back and the key was not in the vehicle. I had to go inside the store to get the key, even though I noticed that they had key code locks hanging on the wall. Also, the appliance dolly I ordered was not in the truck. I got to the move location, realized it was missing, and drove back to the U-Haul location to inquire. They were severely understaffed and it took several minutes just to get someone's attention. After that, the guy went to look for a dolly and disappeared for 10 minutes. My boyfriend flagged someone else down. It turned out that they were out of dollies...! Why didn't anyone tell me that when I got the key? We ended up borrowing a dolly from the floor of the hardware store; but man, was this a headache for us to kick off the beginning of a long day moving.

Make sure your person at the counter knows the rules. I was told there wouldn't be a mileage charge for going over the 47 alotted miles in the rental just as long as it was turned in within the 24 hours... i was charged for it anyway after drop off.

Had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come out to drop off the truck. Otherwise they were awesome!

I started off excited to try the online log in. I first got a little frustrated that I had to be on site to get started, but fine, whatever. I had to submit images of my driver's license. Weird, but fine. I then had to wait 10 minutes for someone to confirm that I am me. This would have been fine if I had been able to submit it the night before, but I had to do it on site, meaning I had to sit in the car and wait. After 10 min of no response, I went inside. I had to wait another 5 minutes to be helped, and when I asked to confirm that the furniture cart was included, the employee had to hunt around and eventually salvage one from the store for me to use. If I could have smoothly used the digital checkout without waiting for a human to confirm, it would have been 5 stars (well, 4 because I still would have needed to get the cart). However, in the current form, I was very disappointed

Truck was not swept out -- substantial debris. Gas was at 1/3 tank requiring me to immediately delay my move rather than filling up post move....after they made me drive 35 min past my desired location to get the vehicle.

No one at the Customer Service counter at front of store when we arrived so we went to the Just-Ask Rental counter in the back of the store and we’re prompt told to go up front to the Customer Service counter. Eventually someone came to assist with the vehicle return.

The trailer was caked with ice from the previous renter. I had to knock off a lot of weight before I left. Krueger's was good about noting the rear door latch which was hard to close. They were very helpful and hooked up the trailer and tested the lights with me before I left. I'm surprised a trailer this heavy is not equipped with a front jack wheel.

We were instructed to call on the uhaul printout, but that resulted us being put on hold for 10 minutes. We then decided to just go into the store and that resulted in us being helped immediately.

Tow dolly was defective. Brake lights went out at some point during the trip because the wiring was exposed. Also, there was an extension cable between the front and rear harnesses which was not weather sealed or tight which could have caused a short in my electrical system and a light malfunction. I did not find this out until I returned the equipment.

Felt like a bait and switch. I planned my morning around the van I rented, but was told they "didn't have the keys" when I arrived, so I had to pay extra for a 15' truck. I already had plans solidified, so I couldn't say no. I was charged extra for the vehicle size, insurance, and mileage. Then, when I returned, I noticed the van I reserved was gone, so apparently they had the keys for it.

Thank you for all your help with the rental. It wasn't a planned move so I needed a uhaul right away. You helped greatly and I appreciate so much that you had something available and we were able to get it all done within a few hours. If not for the available uhaul rental...it just wouldn't have been able to be accomplished. Thank you so very much for all your information and kind service. I was disappointed that the truck only had a 1/4 tank of gas and the cab had not been cleaned after the last customers.

I rented a 5x5 trailer, but the gate restricts it down to less than52 inches the gate chains are welded so you cant move them out of the way. I wasted an 1.5 hours trying to load a 52 inch wide box. then had to rent another trailer from Penske which was the correct size. maybe actually have the correct size unit that you advertised. definitely a big negative!!
