Make sure that the interior of the vehicle is clean. Label somewhere in plain view, what type of gas to use for refueling. Very confusing to realize I needed to use E 85.

We received confirmation to pick up rental at Bollsum auto in Hortonville. The unit was not there and the owner went to Kruger true value and delivered to us. Bollsum owner did a great job for us.

It would have been nice to receive a notification that the truck and trailer were located at different U Haul locations. I was not aware of that until I received my notifications that I could check in for my equipment.

Note: I was given only an hour automated notice that I could not pick up my rental truck from DK Petroleum (Appleton), but must pick it up from True Value in Neenah. This was 20 additional miles total I had to take despite the main reservation website confirming my vehicle and location the day before. Would like to be at least reimbursed by U-HAUL corporate for the extra mileage I didn't need to drive. Sincerly, David Jelinek

We reserved our vehicle nearly 7 weeks ago and when we inquired about our reservation, UHaul could NOT confirm the vehicle. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AS WE NOW HAVE TO MAKE ALTERNATE PLANS FOR OUR MOVE. We may have to be driving a considerable distance to pick up our vehicle. A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

I have real issues with UHaul always changing the pick up and drop off locations. Reservations must not mean much to UHaul. This pick up location was 15 miles from the one we wanted making us drive an extra 20 minutes. In addition, the size of the trailer they gave us was not the size we reserved so we had to call the retailer and he helped us get the size we wanted which caused a second change in pick up location.

The truck had melted chocolate in it, it had dog hair, the windshield wipers didn’t work well, the window leaked, the tires were bald and the wires were poking out so I wasn’t able to complete my move, and the oil light was on.

Place wasn't a good setup to show where you check out the rentals. No good actual signage, and seemed cluttered. When I got my trailer, nothing was pointed out on the printout, to know what trailer I was checking out or anything. I did figure that out easily enough. Person that did the checkout procedure seemed like he didn't really want to be there, and didn't really go over any safety checks of the trailer with me to make sure it was ok to use. Meaning, light checks, etc. Other then that, it was reasonably quick to be checked out, and the return was simple. I asked for a full day, as a just in case, but I think, or feel I could have been offered a discount for returning the trailer in under a 6 hour time span. Then again, I hadn't asked either. Still good service and was able to get a trailer in a short time.

Uhaul really needs to work on there process of picking up trucks and let you know if the location u pick does not have one available twice now this has happened in the last couple weeks will not rent from Uhaul anymore!!

Dear Sir or or Madam, Your representative has promised a refund of $260.00. Reason for refund is that the truth size was changed, without prior consent. This led to multiple mobility issues. I was unable to enter the truck without help or having to use a step still to get in the truck. Increasing the riski of injury. This led to added stress, to an already stressful situation. I requested a guaranteed pick out at 7 am from the Oshkosh Location (when they open), then I was told that I had to drive to Neenah to get it and the pick-up location didn't even open until 8 am. I'm very disappointed and I would like some money back, due to the issue I had issues getting into my new apartment in La Crosse. You also over changed me, when I reserved a truck it was around 106, then with the protection plan and fees, it should ave been around 130 instead I ended up paying over $200. This is the first time I have had issues with you but it will probably be the last time I use you with all the shit I had to deal with.
