Kraftco charged ridiculous fees. My bill was 3 times the normal fee we have paid. We have done this exact rental to the exact location for many years to the Junior League Holiday show and it is always around $50. Our bill was $137. The Janis location is much better. I will NEVER rent from Kraftco again.I am going there tomorrow and question them about the charges.Robert W.

The people at this location were NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. Then on top of that I call uhaul customer service and they were worse. Once I finally got in the truck I was fine but NO ONE was trying to help me. It took me an hour to get in the truck because I didn't have help.Broderick D.

I would suggest more stores like this one and I would advise closing the location on Kanis. The store is trashy and the people that work there are awful. You should really check in on that location. They spend more time picking at each other's hair than they do focusing on the customers. Even double charged me and thought they would get away with it. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.wisener N.
I still have not been contacted or reimbursed for the utility dolly that was not on the truck when I picked it up using the 24/7 service. The pick up time was 8:00 am but the location was not open until 9:00 am so no ability to get the dolly. Back breaking work without the dolly.Andrew I.

I have rented at returned trailers in Little Rock and elsewhere in the country, and Kraftco has been my best experience. They didn't have the trailer I needed on their lot, but they brought one in with their truck. They were very pleasant and helpful. Kraftco will be my exclusive source for U-Haul trailers in Little Rock.Cindy R.

I called bc I shadered my phone and it would not let me check truck in before hours of operation so I was charged for after hour return. I also brought truck back with the same amount of fuel than when I picked it up but was charged for 5 gal of gas.Rebeca W.

I got a faulty uhaul with a door that didn't close after a couple of tries. i took it to the dealer he tried to close the door but couldn't and i think he broke it even more. he told me to go to the maintenance center to fix it even though he could have given me another truck. i took it there lost 3 hours on my rental. then was charged for that time and for the extra mileage. i am very disappointed.Islam E.

When I reserved the truck and equipment, I included a furniture dolly to help us move an upright piano. At pickup, Kraftco said they did not have any furniture dolly's. They said I could drive to another UHAUL location about 5 miles away. Not only did I not have time to do that (with friends waiting to help us move), but it would have added unnecessary mileage and difficulty to take the truck just for a furniture dolly. I told them they should have let me know they didn't have everything on hand that I reserved. Especially if they were referring me to drive to a nearby UHAUL. I would have simply made a reservation from another location in order to get everything I needed. Then they said they could sell me a furniture dolly. I had no choice and had to pay $31. Also, I realized we did not return all the blankets. I called and was told four were not returned but he would hold the ticket open until I returned them. We found three which I brought back. He said â€œmaybe they were miscounted when previously bagged.â€ But when I checked my email saw that he counted us as missing four blankets. Very frustrating.Christopher L.

I made my reservation over the phone. I had not yet downloaded the App. After i downloaded the app. the reservation did not show in my app. I wanted to change the pickup date for an earlier day. I did that though the 800 number. When I changed the pickup date, the location was changed too.Charles D.

Tow Dolly had a problem with right indicator, store did not had any alternative. They booked a dolly on another store, at higher cost. Staff had very little idea about line items charged on the invoice. They tried to reach help desk, but no luck class connecting. Ended up spending 3 times more than what was provided on intial quote. Overall I fell that made a terrible mistake by choosing uhaul.Balaji M.

The van was in ok shape but dirty and needs some repairs. It was squeaky and creaky, passenger door popped when opening. The windshield was filthy. Every other U-Haul I have ever gotten has been clean and ready to go. Overall it did the job.Chad O.
