The auto transport trailer was covered with mud so I had to spend a lot of time cleaning it. It was easy to load and to secure the car to the trailer. It towed very well.

I was charged for 107 miles and only drove 73 miles. Then i was charged a second time for an additional $99 after the first charge of $142 for a two day rental of a van that was supposed to be $19.99 per day. The attendant couldn’t explain the charges and i ha yet to hear why i was charged another $99. I consider this a fraudulent operation and will proceed accordingly.

The process to get this truck was a HUGE pain in the nether parts. The app was exceedingly slow even though I had a full signal. I had to submit my picture a couple of times, then the app would claim there was a network error. It took about 20 minutes for the pick up process to get completed. I was fortunate that I did not need the full 4 hours or I would have been extremely irate. The truck was pretty dirty on the inside when I picked it up. I ended up sweeping everything out before I dropped it off so I could feel good about saying it was ready for the next person. The only reason I would really recommend this place is because it is convenient to where I live, & is slightly easier to deal with than Home Depot.

The first cargo van was full of dollies, moving pads, trash and a dead animal. I had to call U-Haul and the assigned me to another van which was clean. There was no person on site. Also in the snow, the van was very hard to drive. Wrong tires for snow!

They never told us we had to take a picture of the trailer at the drop off location. The Conifer location closed early and no one was there. We called and called no answer. We dropped it off and two days later told we didn’t return it... We live over an hour away! We are not driving that far or paying extra because Conifer can’t get their stuff together. If your going to close early say something or give us options. The return was beyond a hassle and the Flagstaff location gave us no directions except someone would be there and help us.

It was raining when I picked up my trailer. The guy (can't remember his name) told me "only one of us needs to get wet, so why don't you wait in the car while I get this set up". It was greatly appreciated and great customer services. Thank you!

I tried to check in a truck after hours. Nobody to help. First time I tried to check in using my cell phone. Couldn't find where to choose check in by order # on the website. Called customer service. Was put on hold for 45 minutes. Not what I wanted to do after a long 2 days of moving. Customer service rep finally answered and patiently helped me through the process. The parking area at drop off location was too small to accommodate many trucks. Then I tried to check in a 2nd truck I had rented at a different location and all I could access on the website was the one I had already checked in. Again nobody to help and at 2 A.M. not what I wanted to deal with. The self check in system needs to be improved. I would rather just go back to dropping off the key and contract in to a box at the drop off location and be able to leave in 5 minutes, not 1.5 hours after a tiring move.

Put new tires on the trucks because it had bald tires. Have truck repaired so the rental person doesn't have to tell us "not to worry about the check engine light that is always on". The trucks should be clean on the inside so the customer doesn't have to clean it BEFORE they use it. ( The truck had trash and dried up cheese all over the cab.& the cargo area had NOT been swept out.

I will not rent from uhaul again. The price went from $57 when I started the process to $100 a day. The Bailey store did not have anything so I had to go to Conifer who said Bailey had to release the reservation. Went back to Bailey who said there is no reservation because we don't have anything, DUH... Called uhaul and was on hold for 27 minutes. Went back to Conifer and finally rented it.

We had reserved the truck to be picked up in Castle Rock Colorado not 90 minutes away. Also, the truck was filthy inside. There was no attempt to clean it up at all.

Pickup location was "okay". I was not provided with a copy of the initial rental agreement, nor the changes reflecting 2 extra days, paid for upon trailer pickup. When the receiving agent pulled up my contract, it did not include the 2 extra days and there was an additional charge for a "late fee".

Nothing against this location itself, but this is NOT the location where my reservation was for pickup. My reservation had me picking up the trailer 15 miles away, and moving the pickup location on me threw a huge kink in my plans - especially because I didn't find out about the change in location until I arrived at Moore Lumber in Bailey.

Everything was good except for dealing with central reservations. Had to call back multiple times and spend a great deal of time time on hold to secure a convenient pickup location. I was told they couldn't guarantee a 5'x8' enclosed trailer in Conifer until two days prior to pickup. Turns out the location had EIGHT of them!!! It is obvious that the system isn't working and UHaul actually has no idea where there equipment is.

Your reservation system is not good. I rented a specific truck and made a reservation, but was told it was actually not available there, and then asked to go to a different location. I got what I neededb using a different truck, but it could have been a bad afternoon.

Staff member turned up 30 mins late and was not apologetic or helpful. We wasted an extra hour on labor fees because he was late for work and he didn’t give us any money off or refund any costs. I will be calling to complain on the next business day.

My experience was horrible, I was hospitalized and stayed in contact with the customer service rep who refused to get me to the manager and she informed me there was no other options once hospitalized. It seems like a very rigid and unthoughtful in a way to ensure future service through Uhaul is never done. It was hard for me t o climb all of the stairs. Once I finally made it to the top it was clean and the kid was nice that waited on me. No restroom needed to go badly

The motor for the windshield washer fluid didn't work and the wipers needed replaced. I consider these things safety factors that should be checked before UHaul rents them out.

What a HORRIBLE experience. Reserved a tow dolly in Bailey, Colorado. Arrived to pick up and was told there were none. Was sent 16 miles away to another U Haul facility only to find them closed. Called the toll free number and was told someone would be there in 8-10 minutes. 43 minutes later, someone showed up. Too late to tow vehicle and had to spend the night on the road. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM U-HAUL!

Center opened late, requested dolly was not there. A lot of stairs to get to the office, and no parking to leave my car. Bathroom onsite was unavailable. Attendant was pleasant enough. I said I would recommend it because it is the only UHaul location nearby.
