The truck was promised at a location 135 miles round trip closer. We had to drive 2-1/2 hrs out of our way late at night to pu the rental that was promised to be in town. Please rectify this issue.
Truck had to be swept out. Loked like a dust storm happened inside. Woman who waited on us was new and no one to help her at site. She didn't go around truck to look for damages. Said it had been checked in by another employee.
I called customer service and they quickly reserved my truck. Then called to verify it was there the day before. My truck was at the pick up location and I checked out quickly and efficiently. All the staff were diligent and personable. I had a great experience.

The 25/7 check-in app was useless. Did not have access to pick up my truck outside of location hours
One thing, I was sent a link to save time at the facility on arrival, needless to say it didn't save me any time at all, nonetheless my rental could not have gone any better! Thx

Judy had me fill out a transload agreement saying I would get a $500 reimbursement. I moved all of my belongings from one uhaul to the other while my toddler luckily took a nap. The $500 never came and I'm being told that they can't find the paperwork. Daniel doesn't answer his phone and the facility seems to be screening my calls now

Very little or nothing at all. Your crew at both ends of my move are consummate professionals , courteous and efficient in fulfilling a customers needs.Even on the phone when i needed to modify my reservation the call center person was gracious and accommodating to my request for a smaller truck. Their exceptional attention to detail met and exceeded my expectations of modern customer service and are a great credit to the company. My return of the truck was handled swiftly and a great welcome to my new community !

Get the reservation people to stop making mistakes because if it wasn't for Reese I'm serious I would never rent from Uhaul again. They messed up my reservation so badly. Now that I moved away from the area where Reese works because as I said he always made it right I am not sure if I will continue to rent from you. If so I will call the location and not the 800 number.

Excellent customer service
I marked Kokopelli as average not because of their location, but due to the horrors and inconvenience I had with UHaul in general. I originally reserved a trailer from the Stockton Hill Location only to get a phone call and several texts that the trailer was no longer available and to pick it up at the Airway location. When I called the number it was out of Tucson and they couldn't help me. When I called either local number I find out too late that the calls are diverted to an outside location who can't help me. Finally I call to complain and get a discount on my price for all of the inconvenience and by this time I can't leave on the day that I planned! I had to leave a day later. This person helped me considerably and also figured out that I could not pick up my Uhaul on Saturday from the Airway location because that phone call had been diverted somewhere else and they aren't even open on Saturday where I had been told that yes, I could pick it up Saturday! She hooked me up with Kokopelli Storage who are open on Saturday, took a days rental off the price and the gal at Kokopelli gave me the $5 blanket rental for free. Nice, but she forgot to give me my blankets and I had to go back for them after realizing it when I'm trying to load stuff and I kept getting texts and phone calls on my drive home that I was late in returning the rental, which I was NOT! They had put 8:30 am on April 29th for the return date, when I clearly stated I would be driving back on April 29th and didn't know when I would get in and she told me they didn't need to be open when I returned the rental and would not be charged an extra day. I had to stop my driving along the way to call the Kokopelli, TWO DIFFERENT TIMES because no one picked up and I had to leave a message. Again I got another phone call stating I was late and to call them and again had to stop a THIRD TIME in my travels to phone them. Fortunately someone answered and told me I would be fine to return it at 5 and not be charged and extra day. BUT THE INCONVENIENCE OF DEALING WITH UHAUL HAS REALLY PUT ME OFF TO EVER WANTING TO RENT FROM YOU EVER AGAIN! IT WAS A HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE FOR ME WHEN I THOUGHT WHEN I WAS BEING EFFICIENT IN RESERVING A TRAILER ON STOCKTON HILL ROAD, PICKING IT UP AFTER 5 PM ON A FRIDAY AND ALL WAS SETTLED AND CONFIRMED WHEN IN REALITY IT WAS NOT! Fortunately I see no immediate future plans to rent because otherwise I would be looking for a sweet deal on a trailer of my own or borrowing from someone before being put through this again! I can't imagine that you get very many positive input if this is how your service is. I would recommend Kokopelli Storage to someone over any other Kingman UHaul locations, but I would most definitely let them know my experience to prepare them for any unpleasantness of their own. I will NEVER deal with either the Stockton Hill or Airway locations EVER again!
We dropped off our equipment after hours on Saturday so no one was present
The location was fine. The facility was clean and neat. The biggest drawback was limited driveway and not conducive to turning around. Having never been in the facility, I didn't realize that there was no drive thru or space to really turn around.

I am very pleased with the professionalism of kokopelli storage. They definitely rectified the situation. I had a reservation with a different uhaul location and was extremely dissatisfied with their service, professionalism. They were flat out rude and told me to leave the store and not come back. You should pull out of that location of Ken's rentals, 3113 airway Ave kingman, AZ.
