The online experience was easy but long... the gentleman was very helpful through the whole process though. I am thankful that he was there both times, otherwise I would have been way too stressed out trying to get it done.

No improvement, everything was incredibly well done. This was my first time renting a Uhaul trailer and it was super easy. They had me checked in, hooked up and on my way in less than 10 minutes. 👍 Trailer was in excellent condition (tires were good, all lights were working as they should, etc.) Would definitely pick up at the same location again and recommend it to anyone who asked about renting a Uhaul 👍

Eeeek this was a completely horrible experience! But he was wonderful when we dropped off last year so I was surprised. He listed as open Sat till 7pm, that he had a lock box & the 20ft truck. He was not there, took over an hour to get the truck over the phone, long hard way to figure the lock was on the truck & several codes to try in the dark & rain. Once we got it to our house and got it loaded, we noticed a flat tire. The roadside assistance noted, it was missing three bolts that hold the tire to the axle and fluid was leaking out. It had to be towed to our storage. I feel like ALL of this could have been avoided IF this location was there & actually checked the truck before providing it for rent. No dolly & a messed up light in back as well. But everyone we dealt with from uhaul besides this location.. the phone assistance, roadside, towing & all was absolutely wonderful & helpful.

The previous renters of my uhaul had cat urine and pot smells in the cargo area of the 20' uhaul. The man at the rental site tried to air it out but was unsuccessful.

Well I wasn’t familiar with the application so the rep for uhaul did it for me. Which was very nice. Everything was ready for me and he was very nice . Later when I went to drop it off I realized that he had entered the mileage in wrong . I’m the one who was supposed to verify it and I did ok it so at least part of it was my fault.
