Well I have to say that darryle was cool and the owner was cool as well ...however 3.5 hours later is when I left this facility !!!!! That is an abhorrent amount of time to WAIT and on top of that that was just the beginning of my UHAUL debacle trip

Just one individual working. There were 6 people waiting to pickup their trailers/trucks. I just needed to drop off the trailer I rented. If I had waited in line, it would have taken at least 2 hours to simply drop off the trailer so I stepped forward and approached the man asking if it was ok to just drop it off and leave. He said sure (he was nice) but I felt uncomfortable not having received any document referencing the drop off. After I left, I called your 1-800 # and spoke with an excellent customer-focused lady who assured me all was good. I appreciated her! Wish I had remembered her name.

At no fault to this location the System was down for over an hour. Which meant 9:00 pick up was 10:30 pick up! I do feel this location should have all units checked in before 9:00 and ready to roll and ready to roll at 9:00 instead of pulling into work at 9:00!

The auto transport was parked between trees and the tech had a hard time pulling it out from them Since he knew the time I was coming, It could have been pulled out already before my arrival time so when I got there it was ready to go.

I was charged for a lost dolly that was never with the vehicle when I picked it up. It was early in the morning and I did self check in so I just thought they forgot it. Then I got my bill charging me for a lost dolly that I never even had. I emailed Uhaul about the bill and have not received any response to my claim.

There was some confusion on my reservation at the 1st location (ABC Self Storage) due to the impending holiday and I was re-routed to Kobuch. They had everything I needed there and were excellent in getting me on my way. Great folks - solid operation.

The first lot you me to pick was a DISAPOINTMENT (35 Parris Island Gateway), I went 5 times on the 23rd to make sure they would be open on the 24th and body was there. So i called twice and got no return call. Next morning I went a little early gate was locked called again still no returned call ended calling customer service. They found me another tow-dolly at Kobuch and he was Great. I felt like the first uhaul did not give a darn about the customer or customer service. There to good to deal with them. I will never recommend that location to anybody.

It's unfortunate that no one on Hilton Head or Bluffton will accept one way trailers. So I had to drive past 5 Uhaul locations to drop off in Beaufort. Why they can Put your sign out front but not accept your equipment is absolutely absurd.

Everything was good with the dealer, the loading and delivery at the destination. The only problem we had, was detaching the trailer back at Kobuch's. We did get the trailer off of the hitch, but took us a little time to figure out how. More instructions could have been given, but we got back later than expected and dealer was closed. Overall, was a good experience>

UHAUL has told me they do NOT delete any Reviews. regardless if they are a LIE or true. They tell me this Protects the Integrity of the Reviews! if that is the Case, now that I have rented a UHAUL trailer to take items to NMB SC and have seen the Lies Posted about my Location, I am going to Post the Truth. Top to Bottom Negative Reviews...... Everett Larsen, you did call and were told you could keep the trailer as long as you need it AND you just had to pay the Daily charge. Not my fault you returned the Trailer late...Ebony Coleman you returned the truck with 1/8th tank of fuel even though you left with more than a 1/2. You did NOT clean the Truck and you are unhappy that you had additional charges!! .... JORDAN COX the truck was late being turned in and YES you were Charged! Again NOT my Fault!!..Wanda Boatright you are NASTY and Mean,, UHAUL gave you a Refund. NOT my fault it takes them time to send you a Check!....Thomas Koulianos,, I try to NOT cut down any trees that I don't have to. You were NOT charged for and Furniture Pads. No other Customers Complain about Driving across the sidewalk!! And my Location. is not a Mud pit. I have absolutely NO control of the Weather!!....Joshua Logan you picked Savannah to drop off the Trailer.. NOT my Fault you were Charged a WRONG Drop Off Fee!... Reggie Beasley ,, be Professional?? You did NOT Want to Comply with UHAULS Requirements. You gave a Phony Home Address, You did NOT want to Load Pictures of you Drivers License, You did NOT want to give your Wife's name, (you had me put Mrs Beasley) You tried to Hide all of your Information stating YOU did NOT Trust Me or UHUAL!. Now the Rest are about the Same issues. Late returns Charges, even though it was from their Reservations.

I call and asked if I could drop off the next morning. Reason is the drop off point was a 2 hour round trip from my destination. The owner said that was find because of the distance inconvenience for dropping off. Next morning I arrive the owner had left the property and his assistant told me I had to park the trailer and unhook. Then park the truck because he wasn't good at it. Add insult to injury he added 64 dollars to my bill because it was late. As far as I am concerned Uhaul owes me money. Almost forgot, I reserved the truck in advance and still had to drive 40 miles to pick up.

I read the negative comments on Mr O and let me give fools some advise. Turn your stuff in on time. clean the crap out of your trucks and trailers. Drop your stuff off at the right place!! Yep youre bad ways cost you money. dont' complain about being charged. To sad for you. Mr O be a nice guy so is Mr Gene!!

HORRIBLE customer service. Tommy is the rudest and most unprofessional “man” I ever ever dealt with. He spoke to us for three minutes (probably less honestly). We had to drive 35 minutes just to drop off our truck and this is the service we get. I called on the phone to tell him how terribly he runs his operation and all he said was that it's my fault and he didn't care. This experience has completely ruined U-haul for me.
