All the guys working there did a great job working as a team. We were in and out in less than 10 mins with everything we needed. Great 24/7 drop off box and 12 hrs after we rented the truck, we were done with it and left the keys in the box. Fantastic experience!

Super bad customer service. Told me truck had a 1/4 tank was empty. Then made me the customer clean the truck that was returned exactly how it was given to me.

The employee checking us in when we returned the vehicle had trouble with his device and was going to overcharge us by $20. Fortunately I saw this charge before agreeing to pay and he had to get another device to fix the charges.

I think they charged me an extra day! My bill for 730 miles was over $500. Was quoted $270 for whole trip from pick up location. I will not be renting from Uhaul anymore. Also, the girl I talked to 1st at Uhaul did not know what she was doing. Even admitted she was not sure about stuff.

Operator of this location told me that I can only use uhaul for that evening and return the same evening even tho I had a reservation for 24 hours. Also, he refused to allow me to park my personal vehicle in his parking lot while I rented uhaul for a few hours he stated that it was uhaul’s policy.

This location and operator was awesome. Issue I have is my truck not being ready for 24/7 service the day before. I was left standing in front of the facility for 1 hour and 15 minutes waiting on hold and being transferred to different people before I was told someone screwed up and I would have to wait until the following day to get a truck. I lost a half a day worth of loading the truck and had to take an additional day off work due to the incompetence of the pickup location.

My comments are strictly related to the Driver's License system upload. I had uploaded my DL photos at the time of reservation. Somehow it was not available for review at the pick up location. I was sent the link by the local operator to take photos & upload. App stated successful upload but system did not reflect the upload. After multiple attempts and a call to corporate, the operator took my photo to send to corporate. This seemed to be a system wide issue as I was not the only one picking up a truck to have the same issue. A simple scanner or copy machine may have solved the issue and allowed everyone to get on with there day and the moving tasks at hand. U-Haul needs to seriously review this system. 'Streamlining' the process is not always the best process, sometimes the human touch is all too necessary.

I was charged for to dollies when I only rented one. Double charging for something I never had, should have been only $7.00 instead they charges me for 2 dollies . total charges was $14.00

Got charged twice for the u haul rental. Called and spoke with customer service they were supposed to send a email of confirmation for fixing the incident. Have not received the email yet. Not really to pleased with the whole situation because I have been charged 400 dollars.
