The U-Haul website is awful. Very difficult to understand which equipment you are actually reserving. Too many offers for other products.

Sherwood LIt was dirty and I had to mop up spilled motor oil and sweep out yard debris from previous renter(s). I needed to carry nice, expensive furniture. Left lower taillight is out. Still very happy with this location and the value for the money. I would have fixed taillight myself but it is a sealed housing for the bulb and does not appear to be serviceable in a conventional way to simply bulb replace.

Ann WAs normal we were supposed to replace the amount of fuel we had used and we did The truck was only driven a total of 4 miles When we returned the truck the person we leased it from told us that we had to put additional fuel in the truck because he had another customer that wanted the truck and expected it to have a full tank of gas I told him that I was not paying for the additional fuel that I had not used and especially for another customers use

Kevin LThis is the third location I was sent to for this same rental. The other locations told me that I was good to go but later there was a scheduling conflict at the first one. Then the other location once I was there waiting I had to call and the owner told me that they were closed and that I had to find another location to get my rental which led me to this place which was helpful and able to get me my rental.
Antoine WI was told the owner was out of town. I had reserved my rental on line but it still took over 1/2 an hour to get it. There was the guy working the front desk and someone assisting him who was very unprofessional. In a t-shirt and holy pajama pants. Looked like he woke up and came in. I will never rent from this location again.

Sandra OAbsolutely abhorrent. I was continuously harassed by the gentleman that rented me this truck after I went through the proper channels to have it towed as it was in pretty poor condition when rented to me. Evidently U-Haul doesn't communicate this to a given location for you so for the next two days my partner and I were harassed about the truck as if WE did something wrong. I will never use U-Haul services again.
brandon rNo one was at the location to help me. A 20 minute check out process actually took me an hour and a half. I do not recommend this location. It was a horrible experience. I went to the location to do all required paperwork two days in advance. I am highly disappointed in the service I received.
