Never saw anyone never heard anything about what I owe only know they took 1.88 out of my account would have been nice to know everything was ok which I knew it was but still a call or text would have been nice

BRUCE M.The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It's hard to get to and hard to figure out where to go. We were originally scheduled to turn it in to Joyce LLC at 306 Conover Dr in Franklin but it was gated up and closed even though their hours said open. You shouldn't have drop off locations that aren't open. What a waste of time.

BILLY S.If you have a scheduled appointment and when you arrive U-Haul should at least know the status. When I arrived they said it would be there in 10 minutes but it was clear they never checked it was just a standard reply. It showed up an hour later. They obviously did not check the vechile as the check tire monitor came on 6 hrs into my trip.

James W.The location itself wasn't below average, except for the the fact that the person checking us in did not wear a face mask. The 'below-average' has more to do with the U-Haul on-line system itself. The day before picking up the truck, I received an e-mail saying to check-in on-line to reduce exposure time at the location. I checked in on-line, but still ended up spending 30 minutes re-checking in at the location; providing all the same information I already provided on-line. There should be better integration of the on-line processes and the local pick-up locations.

I hate to diss a small business trying to earn some extra cash, but I felt like I was entering a place that services a seedy hotel that's clientele were probably doing illicit or illegal things. Surely hoping I am not charged twice because they needed all the information that I had already provided online.
Ruth G.I was charged an additional $40 and only went 4 miles over what we estimated. They overcharged me for the safe move plus for $14 additional dollars but that doesnt explain the other $25 well I guess we can say 21.84 since I should have been charged an additional 3.16 in mileage. This was a huge scam for money!
