David D.It took an extremely long time to get the forms filled out and I was required to sign some additional items that “were added but not in the contractâ€. Had to find the truck myself and could not get the mirror to adjust so I did not have help with the truck. The truck was extremely difficult to drive and handle both empty and loaded. The 26 foot I rented the week before was much easier to drive.
Brian C.Uhaul can make mobile check in easier. This is the 3rd time I've tried it and every time I have to go inside and the representative has to input all of my info again and take my license and credit card to process my order.

Damon E.The only thing is that I arrived earlier than pick up time and had to wait for the person to come in and then check me in. I didn't leave there until 1/2 hr after my actual pick up time due to the person coming in right at my pickup time and having to fill out paperwork.
Amy C.I was handed the keys and not even shown what vehicle was mine, just sent on my way as they were helping another couple right after me without cleaning or anything. The vehicle smelled of manure. We had to fill the tires with air within 2 miles of picking it up as the light came on. Also the photos used by this location do not represent any missing paint due to wear/age.

Brian L.It was horrible from start to end. A rude rep called to say I had to change my pickup location to an hour away. She could care less about the inconveniences I was then charged for two days and instead of one. Pre-registering on line which took 45 minutes was a complete waste of time as it still took 45 minutes in a tiny roasting hot closed tiny office with a guy who only wore a half ass mask falling off his face half the time wile completing paper forms. I had changed my pickup and drop off to 24 hours online and on site but was still charged for 2 days. If there were other options I'd never use you again. But there are no other options which is why you get away with this crap.

Robert P.Owner called me to come down and put more gas in the truck before closing out the order because it was on E. Took photo of the gas gauge which showed it at 3/16 which was the contracted amount as well above what I received the vehicle in.
Dennis A.Took way too long to pick up. Over an hour from time arrived. Could not get computer to work, had to call main office and give all info after waiting for ever. Overall way too many emails and text messages from uhaul. Tried to use scare tactics with regards to purchasing insurance stated if damaged the trailer would cost $25,000 to replace. I hope uhaul is not paying that much for a 5x8 trailer ! I have actually purchased a new vehicle with less trouble.
HArold B.While he's very nice, it seems like the owner might be getting on in years and having difficulty keeping up. He was confused by the online process and couldn't help us hook up the trailer.
Joseph R.Everything was great, I did almost leave without a dolly. Maybe just be aware of those reservations with any extras needed and double-check on it having all things needed as part of a checklist. But they were great. I actually got a phone call to make sure I was still coming for the pickup, ironically just as I pulled into the parking lot. I did virtual check-in which was great and as soon as the gentlemen inside saw I was taking pics he came right out to mark the spots for me.

Melinda S.I was not explained the after hours drop off at all I was just told the box was out in the front door when I put the key in the front that's when I realized afterwards I needed to take an actual picture of the gas and the mileage thank God I took that on my own the problem is when I followed the link it required me to take an actual photo I could not upload another photo I should've been told To make sure I go on the phone and follow the link before I get out the van. Furthermore he stated it required me to have insurance but on the app it did not state that in allowed me to continue to reserve it without insurance I went ahead and kept it on anyway I ended up paying a whole lot more than what was needed. Also when I turn the van on the gas was at the line it stated originally but as I drove down the street it seem to drop by a whole lot.

Jameela E.Clean truck after someone drops it off since we are charged a cleaning fee if we dont drop it off clean Also every truck should start full again since we get charged if we dont replace the fuel When someone wants to pickup at a certain location, make sure the equipment is at that location, i gave over a week to have what I needed at the location I requested. Instead you changed my location and messed my move up and add a few more hours to my move
