It took us 3 hours to get the key to the vehicle. The property was supposed to be open but no one was there. I was on and off of the phone with customer service for 3 hours... Then, a week later my boyfriend and I received calls saying that the vehicle was never turned in but we returned the truck that same day!Nina M.

Your online reservations need to be accurate to the hours the business is open. My son made a reservation for 8am, which for some reason didn't even register. But, what was just as bad was when we got to the U-Haul location they weren't even open yet! They opened at 9am. Please, update your online system to reflect the hours of the businesses or don't offer online reservations.Kedryn E.

Location did not inspect truck for damage before I drove off with it. Someone's personal belongings were in the truck when I got in. Personnel at location were very friendly however.Justin U.

Know the system better. It was confusing I am not sure if this goes directly to uhaul, or to the dealership we worked with. If it's the latter, I know you have no control over this part: the price was ridiculous. For a 30 mile in-town trip, it cost 100$ by the time gas was included, and that is ridiculous. If you are going to charge a dollar a mile, and a rental fee, gas should not be a factor. Either lower your mile rates, or forget the gasGABBI P.
