The drop-off location was very difficult to find. No U-Haul sign that we could see (we later found it behind overgrown bushes). The site was a dump - I really don't think u-Haul would approve of this as a drop-off location given its dilapidated appearance. Disappointed for sure.

The phone number provided on rental agreement was no longer in service for this location. I had to unhook as the female attendant did not want to get out of the chair.

This location missed checking in the equipment at all! Now I got flagged when renting another trailer. You have really poor customer service and even poorer record tracking. Just to avoid renting from Uhaul again I'll go through the expense of purchasing a trailer. You Suck!

turned in on a sunday they were closed,left in front of office and key and contract in drop box,never reported it to u-haul main office that was returned,got a call from another drop-off location asking where rental truck and car carrier were? explained to person that i had dropped off ,all equipment at agreed upon location,then was told they sent me a email that location had been changed while i was in route to new home,duh internet not hooked up until 3 days after equipment turned in, person never called back,that all was ok,so i called person back at location that had asked where u-haul equipment was,and women there said all was ok, she had contacted other location and that equipment was all good,then 6 days later i get a call from head office,asking where equipment is,duh you people don't seem to know what you are doing,e-mail,really,when someone is in route,come on people.
