Truck was on empty at pickup (local agent told us to leave it empty when we dropped it off) -filled it up with $105.00 gas. The check engine light was on (local agent instructed us to drive it anyway), driver's side rear view mirror was cracked, cargo area and ramp were left very dirty & driver's cab area was filthy. Not a pleasant experience. I dropped it off in Griffin, Ga with about the same level or more of gas than when I picked it up and I cleaned the ramp and cargo area. I left the truck in BETTER condition than I found it. I used Penske the prior 3 times in my moves, and never had any issues with them. Great service, clean vehicles and a good over-all experience. I decided to try U-Haul this time and, due to the unsatisfactory experience and now being charged an ADDITIONAL $31.06, I will not utilize U-Haul again and will make sure all my friends, family and associates will know of the unsatisfactory experience I had and will endeavour to advise them not to use U-Haul either. I have now become an unpaid Penske promoter and will recommend them to my associates who need truck rental services in the future.

The truck milage was off by around 300 miles, said it had a full tank of gas but only had a quarter of a tank. The back was dirty, and the window had been left half way down and the driver seat was full of water and so was the door.

Dropped off trailer on time at 9am and the they waited until 11:58 to close ticket and charged me an extra day. This is the 2nd time this facility has done this to me. They are dishonest and crooked. They need to be removed as a uhaul dealer.

at no fault of pick up consultant, appliance dolly and hand trucks were not in truck as ordered. He removed them from the order, but they had already been charged and have not been credited

The previous person who used the uhaul left it with junk in the back. We had to sweep it clean. They also left it on almost empty gas.

I paid for a dolly and 10 moving blankets When I arrived I was told there were none of each. I was very disappointed because I had planned to use both. However, I was refunded the $ for both. Overall it was a good rental.

Teddy kept complaining that Saturday was his only off day. That's not my problem. The website states that he is open on Saturday. Also, when I got there, I was delayed because the only 6x12 trailer that was present, was not even showing up in his inventory. Plus it showed 2 more in the system that was not physically there. Not sure who's fault that was but better customer service is needed from Uhaul and the vendor

Well after picking up truck and starting my drive. I noticed it getting really hot on my right foot. Come to find out the cover for motor was not put back on right. I had to do it because it got really hot.

Find a way to fix the issue with after hours drop off. I wasn't able to be there on Monday I had to drop it off Saturday but the mobile drop off wouldn't work. I just went ahead and dropped it off and called ok'd on Monday. They took care of it before I even called. They were awesome

The gentleman didn't even know we had a reservation. Had to wait for 30 minutes for him to get there. I requested appliance dolly. Which he didn't have none. The price he gave me was much more than the what I was given on the phone. The truck didn't run well

I was not notified until I went to the location that I was emailed to go to when I reserved rental, that the rental truck was not at that location- it was at another location (15miles away). This was not KKs Trucking's fault- this was a U-Haul issue. I did have to sweep the inside of the truck out before I could put anything in it because it was nasty, but other than that it was fine.

I had to wait over an hour, calling the 1-800 number, being on hold, waiting for someone to call me back. The one person at the location had no idea about the U-Haul stuff. The regional manager never showed up with the hand truck, furniture dolly, and furniture pads. When I finally heard from someone, she complained about how difficult it was since someone had quit. Her husband called (I think he owned the location) and also complained about how hard it was to do the U-Haul stuff. I never got the extra equipment. At the end, I talked to someone at 1-800 who was great! They refunded the cost of the extra equipment.

A few comments here: Even though the employer was kind, she gave me information that ended up costing me money. She told me to fill the tank up 1/2 upon its return. The truck print-out agreed to as such but the truck print-out was on the wrong truck. Thus, when I returned it in Memphis they charged me money as they claimed it was to be returned with a full-tank of gas. To this day, I still do not know what I was charged on my credit card, even though I asked the "district manager" to fix the disparity and the error on U-Haul's part. I am still waiting for my final bill. Thus, call me at 901-846-3400 if you wish to personalize your customer service. If not, I will continue to wait and share my unfavorable impression with others. Thank you.
