I received a receipt for the truck rental, but I have yet to receive a paid receipt for the moving help I hired through the U-Haul website. I was told by the location that this is a U-Haul problem not the problem of this particular location. So now it is being left up to me to chase down a receipt. Poor customer service from both the location and the parent U-Haul company.

The location was convenient. However the online/ mobile process for key pick up was not ideal. The reservation stayed in pending approval for 45 minutes. While my help was waiting on me, and limited time to move due to lagging system created a very frustrating experience. I would prefer next time to pick up from a location that has actual people available to complete the process.

Not related to the location, but was scheduled to return trailer after hours. When I did, I was charged an extra rental. First time renting a trailer and have never had that happen when renting a truck. I’ll probably use another Company in the future.

Please fix your website and your drop off protocol. It never works on my phone and at 11pm when you just want to drop your stuff off and go home, it's no fun having to argue with your phone reps about checking equipment in. Thankfully, the people at this drop off location are excellent.

The person that was renting seemed like he had no experience in doing this before. I have rented a u haul in Georgetown before, at a different location and it was quick and easy. This place took forever and more than once he said, I’m not sure what to do so I’m going to call and ask. It took way too long! He was very vague on prices, when and how to return and never did a walk around with me. I took pics of the damaged truck so I wasn’t liable for what was already there. When I had a question about my bill, he didn’t have any idea how to answer my question nor did he even seem to care. He’s told me to call 1-800 go U-Haul.

The track which I rented on Saturday at about 12pm was locked by itself in about 1 hour with key inside and my DL. I called to support but it was unlocked only at about 8 pm. Basically, I wasn't able to use it all the day. I payed to people who came to help me in moving, but I wasn't able to do anything. I started using the track only next day on Sunday. I returned it back the same day, Sunday in the evening. So my expectations in charge is about 19.95+ 10 miles * 0.65 = 26.45. Instead of this I was charged for about $75. Why??? I called to client support and ask them to fix the issue and do refund. Nobody cares about my problem! It's the worth experience I have ever had. Please, do refund for about 75-26=$49!!! I don't even say about extra money which I lost by paying to moving guys who wasn't able to help but charged me for visit!!!

This was not my choice of location to pick up a truck nor was it the truck size i choose, Truck that i was assigned would not start when i attempted to pick it up. There were multiple trucks at the location that i chose but was told there were no trucks available at that location.
