Employees could not have been more professional, accommodating and pleasant. Suggest that Kizzies' personal go to New Orleans - Gentilly location - to train staff on proper customer service protocol.

The initial return location was an hour drive from my destination. While that was changed to a location 15 minuets away, I would think the U-haul system would not have picked a location that inconvenient for the customer.

This spot was off the beaten path, and the signage was not very good, so we had a hard time determining if it was the correct place. The yard was all dirt. A woman came out just as we were leaving and had taken all the pictures and dropped off the key.
