The internet procedure was a little difficult to say the least. I couldn’t get past the log in page and had to call your tech help line and the nice young lady walked us thru it and I was able to get the info about the lock and then got the truck.

Doesn't have anything to do with the biz but your app...it is horrible I rent a truck at least 2 x per month and always have to fight the app on turning in the truck. From logging in to submitting pics it is the whole process really needs a upgrade done.

Picked up the truck an the man told me if I put the gas back in I will get my reimbursement but when I picked it up she stated that I don’t get anything back. I feel like everyone should be on the same page.

Reservation was put through on my end but never finalized on Uhauls end ended up having to drive over an hour twice to the location and over 45 minutes on hold with 2 different techs to fix the reservation.

These guys saved my move because UHaul did not have my truck on hand at the agreed-upon location in Beaumont. I had to drive the extra 50 miles, but at least UHaul gave me a discounted price, increased miles, and one extra day on the return.
