U-Haul should provide at least two free tiedown straps cargo straps and at least three pads to cover furniture free that come with the truck rental. Even though I always use my own cargo straps it would be a good thing to have on the truck.

I have used Uhaul a lot over the years and have always had a great experience. The location I normally rent from didn't have the truck I needed available at the time I requested so I tried out this new location. The employee I worked with was super nice and helpfulI, but it was so scary at night when I dropped off the truck. This location is in the middle of nowhere, with no lights so it was incredibly dark. I couldn't get service on my phone so the app to take pictures wouldn't open when I dropped off the truck. In the dark a man walked over to the truck. This was really frightening since they stated they would be closed and no one would be there at 10 pm when I dropped off the truck. I figured out he was an employee there, and he said he would drive the truck through the gate for me. We hopped in my car and left. Now I have a second invoice being sent to me... Can someone please reach out to me about this? ¡Gracias!

The folks at the location are very helpful but they had a hard time printing out my receipt. The said their internet is intermittent. I was called twice about this order. Once to change the pickup location. It went from Vacaville to Suisun (20-plus miles away), and from 7 am to 9 am. Then they called again to say the truck had a flats and could I pick it up at 11 am.? Well, I balked at that so the gentleman on the phone said he'd ask another renter if they could be flexible. They said yes, so that was a relief as we had already called our help once to push back the time.

I like the fact that it was easy and safe to park my own car nearby. I like the location too as it's close to Hwy-12 and I-80. I didn't really get to complete the online “checkin” with the U-Haul App, but your manual process was fast anyway.

There should be a check list for safety when hooking up a trailer. The trailer came off my hitch. It started to fish tail really bad I stopped and trailer sliding. A nice man stopped and helped me we seen the trailer screw down to hitch ball wasn't even tighter down. Called Kings and told him about it. He said oh sorry. I was about a mile away. Thank God it didn't happen on freeway near by. This could of turned out bad in the city, lucky it was in a rural area.

It was an utter nightmare. I made a reservation 4 days before I need the equipment. And Traffic was SHIT!!!. I spent 6 hours on the phone/email/texts and lost income because the equipment was not at the first location where traffic and close to where I needed it. I had to keep calling back. And traffic kept giving me a location 2+ hours in a different direction where I was going. I called the 3 locations where they said that the equipment was physically there only to say later go back to the original location. To get this tow dolly I spent 5.5 hours just to get it and come back to get my car. I spent 13 hours loading and on the road where it should have taken 5 hours.

was a good experience blow a tire on the trailer 2 hours into the trip but it did look like a new tire all 4 tires looked brand new so i bought a new tire and put it on and was paid back for the tire so i feel good about the whole trip
