I dropped off the truck at a closed location and put the key in the drop box. So far so good.

I was disappointed that the 20' truck that I reserved was not available. Instead I was given a much larger 26' truck at the 20' truck price. The larger truck was much more than I needed and probably costs me more in gas than the smaller truck.

They didn't have an appliance hand truck when I picked up the truck. I reserved the truck 3 days in advance. I wish they could have told me then they didn't have one so I could have gotten one somewhere else so I wouldn't be struggling all day with appliances.

Well I scheduled a 2 day online and I find out I only needed it for one day. I asked the lady would she change it and she said she would. When I got my bill it still charged me for two days. So a little frustrated that I paid more than I should. Don't know how to get my money back

They could not hook up the trailer without my help then got stuck with it in the back of there yard and switch me to a different trailer that I didn't inspect. They where also running your equipment over steel bed frames that where laying in the middle of there yard. When I finally left after a 35 minute wait to get the equipment I just hoped I didn't get a flat or something from them running over all that junk metal.

Find someone else to run this business. This location has been ran by the same people for years. When we go to pick up and drop off there is a sign on the door that says "Family Emergency Be back Soon." The sign has been there for 3 years and noone is ever there. I was also charged 10 dollars for an appliance dolly that I never received or used.

I had a reservation for a month the night before got a call from the location and was told that I would have to get the keys from the lock box code. I got there and nothing was done right my name was spelled wrong it took the help line 1.5hours to get me the keys while the three guys I was paying fifteen dollars an hour sat at my storage unit. I will using any other rental company next time. I have never had such a hard time getting my rental and was charged for insurance coverage for a long trip when I never left town .

Picked up truck at 10:32 a.m. on 6-5-2019 Brought truck back at 4:40 p.m. on 6-5-2019 Store was closed early. Store was to close at 5:00 p.m. on 6-5-2019 Reset the trip odometer to zero at store before I moved truck. Brought truck back with 23.6 mi. on trip odometer. Need to inform customer, if you are going to close store early on that day.

I was very upset that my reservation I made in Shelby got changed to the location in Kings Mountain 15 minutes away and I was not notified. . Also that place was not supposed to be open when I got there thank God somebody was there because the app or the link that I was given to sign up to check the truck out online did not work after 3 attempts... the people in the actual locations were very nice and helpful the customer service rep I spoke to was very nice and helpful however I should not have had to go through what I went through and I will never make reservations online in advance again!!

Make sure truck are clean and not smell like cigs and muddy and grass all in the floorboard.. make sure miles are right if i would of not caught it, they would of charge almost 200 miles due them not keeping up on it..i also have pictures

This was not original location thst was booked, morning of pickup i was notified when i called the truck wasn't there. After couple hours wait i was told about a truck available in another town. In all it cost me an additional $100.00 for labor i had hired to load truck. Because of delay incurred.

The equipment was clean however I can't agree that it was well maintained. I am a little leery of the maintenance since the gas seemed to go so fast and also the fact that it seemed to have a skip while driving. Not to mention it bounced all over the place like it needed struts or shocks. I was completely unsatisfied and will never rent from this location again

My truck wasn't available and they waited till I showed up to tell me and told me I could get the other one if I wanted to pay more or go somewhere else. I told Id take the larger one but not payong anymore. They finally agreed after having to call the “boss.” Then the truck they gave me was dirty and the cabin smelled like weed to the point that I rolled the wondows in fear of a contact high. The guy was nice however, they clearly dont have it together but they do have good quality weed from what I can tell! #NotAgain

Fuel read was not correct when I picked it up but they corrected it. I told them where i had to go and all the stops i had to make but they did not give me any extra miles. North Caroline to Ontario CA, 2 stops, Rio Vista CA, Willows CA Medford OR and Yreka, CA. Looks like they could have done a mileage check to see that it was just over the allots mileage.

The battery was dead on the truck. It took 45 minutes to get it started, then we had to let it run for 2 hours before we could turn the engine off.

The staff was friendly! The truck was really dirty. The cab could have used a wipe down and There was lots of dirt, broken glass and some screws in the back along with a broken strap? Definitely make sure they are clean before people pick them up...
