Once on site you needed a third party to call as backup. And you needed to talk to them for confirmation. Me and my husband where not enough. I had to make some calls to find someone available. I didn't find this necessary but if I have know when I made the reservation I could have planned ahead. Also I completed driver info during reservation, but was required to enter the info again at the site. Too much repetition.

Who in their right mind has a Circle K renting out their moving vehicles? Like seriously! The first place I get the truck is someone house and then return to Circle K — I never in my life seen a more unprofessional company. I’ll never do business with U-Haul again! I was lied to about the price and then y’all aint even got U-Haul shops. Got people renting trucks off the side of the street like hot cakes on a cold winter.

Uhaul representative there at the store forgot to check me in so days has pasted and my tab was racking up when originally I turned the truck and keys back same day so I was charged more than what I had it for. Definitely not satisfied I was charged for my days then I used it.

Within 20 minutes of getting the U-Haul vehicle, a signal came up saying that I had a tire problem. I called U-Haul and they immediately sent road service. Randy Wicker was prompt, replaced the tire but was unable to reset the message. However, he called me later that evening to make sure I was okay and that I was not having any additional trouble.

This was the second time that I was referred to this location due to equipment availability. I could never do a mobile check-in at this location. Each time I had to wait for assistance in person.

Customer service was very good

The overall service was good, however, the equipment I requested, a hand truck and a furniture dolly were missing. I called your customer service and their reaction to resolve the situation was excellent. I lost an our of my time as a result of mentioned shortcoming but I was very pleased with the treatment Í received from the people who assisted me. I thank them. Happy New Year!

There's a clicking in the left front, sounds like a ball joint or a bushing. Also the wipers sucked and 6 hours was not enough for a "daily" rental. Everything else was good.

Items that I paid for wasnt there, which I was charge for, the rate went up when I close out and staff couldn't take off or change back the rate, so it went through, cant see my reciept to check

The location was new to the U-Haul program. Despite having a 10 am appointment to pick up my truck for an 1,100 mile drive, the station was not ready for me. I was told by the gentleman working behind the counter that he could not help me for at least another hour. He absolutely would not help me get on the road. Fortunately for me, the representative for the dealer, Sean, had texted me to inform me that the dealer was new to this and gave me his contact information in case there were any problems. I did reach out to him and he was fantastic. I did eventually get on the road, but four hours later than planned. Under those circumstances, I cannot recommend this dealer.
