I never write reviews normally good or bad. But this experience was awful. I planned a one-way Uhaul pick up from Denver and drop off in Fort Collins. Less than 40 hours before my pick up, I get a call from uhaul and this lady said she was a "manager" told me flat out that I cannot take the uhaul one way but but she could make it a round trip. How does this make sense? I needed a one way from Denver to Fort Collins, NOT a round trip. Then she goes on to tell me, well we have a round trip option for Sunday and the mileage is only 79 cents. I asked if there was anyway she could make it 79 cents for Saturday since I would have to drive 140 miles rather than 70 miles. She said nope, there is nothing I can do. So this "manager" had no power to do anything. So I canceled the reservation and made a round trip for Fort Collins. I had to drive up from Denver to Fort Collins on Friday night to pick up the uhaul and drop it off by 1:30 pm Saturday, So in turn, I basically had to spend an extra $126 because you couldnt give me a one way from Denver to Fort Collins and called to tell me this less than 40 hours before my pick up time. 70 miles x 1.09= $76.30 + $50 gas= $126.03 Customer Service was awful and I'll do everything not to go with uhaul again, Budget truck, Penske truck anywhere but Uhaul.

Did not care for not having a printed contract at time of rental. At the point of return when I put the keys in drop box I noticed a sign that said I had to check in on line for return or incur a charge. WIFI was terrible and both my browsers would not connect because they determined it was not a secure connection. When I tried to connect from my home I was not allowed and informed this had to be done from the rental location. JUST RIDICULOUS. Truck had a terrible ride.. Passenger side mirror could not be adjusted up or down. Felt very unsafe. Would have returned but it was a Sunday and the only day I could make this move. Truck was clean but not maintained. UHual will not be my choice next time.

Very friendly. Very efficient. Dropped the truck off the night before and it was already completely processed by 9 am the next morning. Even though there were at least 6 additional drop offs!

Manager of this location was great!! He cleaned up the truck that was dropped off in less than ideal shape and helped us log in when my phone wouldn't run through U-Haul's system well. Would highly recommend!

We asked for a utility dolly and received a normal dolly instead but was charged for the utility dolly. We also didn't ask for moving blankets nor did we use them and we were still charged for them. The pick up process with U-Haul is not easy at all either.

I would not recommend Uhaul at all after seeing my charge for 2 days! I picked the Uhaul up 5.45pm and returned it before 5.45 pm the next day but I guess the charge starts when you start the app even if it takes over 35 minutes to get through the app with poor connection at the site. I am not fighting the chatge, not worth it but will not use Uhaul again nor will I advise others to use your service! My bill just doubled b/o your difficult to navigate app!

When checking in through phone, state that the customer will receive the code to unlock their rental key after finding the truck and proceeding through other steps. This was not explicit and was confusing for us and another customer their at the same time.

As always the King Uhaul in Fort Collins is a great place to work with. The Uhaul app wouldn't allow me to book a 2 day local rental but the people at King's made it happen and said they had plenty of coverage to do it. They were swamped when I went to pick up and drop off but they were still very friendly and were diligent on getting everyone checked in etc. It's my got to Uhaul location for years and that will continue

The reservation / scheduling process seems flawed; I did not receive my originally requested pickup time (9am -> 1:30pm) or location, nor my dropoff location. These changed twice before pickup. I was notified by email. Overall, the experience the day of the move was an excellent one; truck was fairly new and clean as well as easy to drive. I would choose U-Haul again for my next move.

(In general, not location specific) Don't let people reserve and pay for a truck when it is not available. We paid for a 20' truck two weeks in advance along with dollies. Two days before we were downgraded to a 15' truck with no dollies. You should know two weeks out if a truck is available or not. If something's not available don't let customers pay and think they have everything sorted. They deserve to know ahead of time if they need to make other arrangements. This led to quite a frustrating experience and we won't be using U-Haul again

Don't call us evening before to tell us we must drive about 2 hours round trip to pick up truck. I reserved it well in advance. Plus, the truck we reserved was at the Lafayette location we requested, as we were driving to Fort to pick up the truck.

We had an early pick up time and used your online check in which was great, easy and user friendly. The issue was the U-haul's are packed in so tightly and were not parked well so we were barely able to get our U-haul out of the parking lot, literally inches to spare. If you are going to offer online check in, please make sure the customer can get out of the parking lot with their U-haul, moving is a stressful enough experience. I rented 2 dolly's and didn't receive ANY in our U-haul. Since we were unable to pick up the U-haul at our chosen location, we were far away from the pick-up location so were unable to come back and pick up a dolly when the store opened. I also called and the service rep was less than helpful and kept trying to tell us that she was going to charge us for the one dolly received. I had to tell her multiple times that we did not receive a dolly, period and to take both charges off of the bill. The online drop-off experience was easy, fast and user friendly. Our U-haul was also clean and drove well.

You indicated that we would be able to pick up the U-Haul at an open location. Instead, sent me to two locations and finally, eventually, I was able to gain a pass code. However, once I scanned in my license, then it asked for further verification and had to call somebody on a Sunday afternoon. It was terrible and challenging and not an easy experience in anyway
