The car Dolly that we rented would not fit our car. Needs to have more explanation as to what your dollies will fit in what they will not. We ended up not using it and still getting charged for one day. Please double check what vehicles will fit these dollies in which will not.

Your terms are ridiculous!! The fact that I had to drive 210 miles to pick up a reservation that I made over a month in advance is crazy! This screwed up my entire moving schedule, cost me $1000 for not being out of my house in time and having to cancel movers I had lined up, and then made me behind schedule and having to drive through a huge storm.

The U Haul that I rented had a broken latch to the glove box, and it was zip tied shut. This means that there was just about nowhere to put anything in the cab... it was pretty frustrating, especially since I was driving 2,000 miles across the country. I did a very similar trip last year in a Budget truck, and the cab was quieter. I was also pretty disappointed that there was no cruise control.

Very strange hours. Only open until 3pm? Seriously? They didn't open in the morning until after the rental was due back. Really? Dropped off after hours, unclear where to drop the rental so I guessed. Very small location with tight parking. With all of the rentals and moving in Fort Collins (home of a major university), I expect better.

The Uhaul van appeared to be maintained in excellent condition. The fuel tank was full when I picked up the van, and the vehicle operated without any issues. I originally planned to pickup the vehicle outside of the store operating hours, but I was able to pick it up an hour early, when the staff was still on duty. I doubt that the vehicle would have been ready for pickup had I not arrived during business hours. Neither the dolly nor the (6) protective blankets were loaded into the truck upon my arrival, and nobody was physically present in the store when I arrived. I had to look around outside until I found a staff member. I was just a little disappointed in the professionalism of the staff overall. Nonetheless, the value of the rental and the operation of the vehicle exceeded expectations.

Movers damaged most of my stuff, I took it up with uhaul which only got the movers to finally responsed, but nothing was done. The movers as well as Uhaul has done nothing to fix this issue. My storage totes were broken, my bed was ruined, my $150 portable bathtub for my daughter was ruined and a hole was put in it. My tv was broken.

I have used U-Haul for decades. This office is by far the easiest check in / check out experience I have ever had, at any location in 5 different states plus Canada. These people really know how to run a customer oriented service. Nice job !!

Renting the trailer was a good experience. Originally we choose a 4x8 covered trailer and upon seeing it decided it was to small for our needs, the associate that assisted me gave me a 5x8 foot covered trailer for the same cost, which was the perfect size.

I reserved the truck from 7am to 7pm, then got a call at 1:30pm that they needed the truck back for the next reservation, before my reserved time was up. Luckily, I was just about done so I could return the truck early, but that poor planning on your part shouldn't have been my problem. And I still got charged more than I thought I should.
