The employees were very friendly and efficient. It was a very busy day and almost everything available was rented when we arrived. The truck we reserved had to be cleaned before we could take it, but thanks to the hard working employees, we were on our way quickly. Returning the truck was very quick and easy too! I would rent from this location again!

Make sure the back of the truck is swept out. Not all truck damage was marked. Customer service was lacking. I felt like I was just annoying them if I asked more than 1 question.

They do not run normal business hours Monday through Friday. They closed early and I could not pick up my trailer. I was changed to this location from my requested one with a later pock up time(within normal business hours).

Van was dirty inside. Dirty flooring and child’s dirty sock. Passenger seat covered in dog hair. Dirty can floor wells. When I called dealer to let him know I had to spend an hour cleaning the van before I could load it he basically brushed me off and gave me an 800 number to call and log a complaint. He made no apology for condition of the van or offered any other support.

The auto dolly literally fell apart as we drove across the country. Lost over half a day worth of time and then had to turn in the dolly for a new one. Will never use U Hual again.

I tried using the mobile pickup, but somehow my account vanished. Anyhow the woman behind the counter was super helpful and friendly. It made the experience a pleasant one.

Waited 30 minutes inside with no uhaul employee to help us or the other customers inside. When they finally showed up, both employees were checking in the same customer which made the wait even longer.

Staff was incredibly nice, polite and helpful. We rented a motorcycle trailer and the bike leaked oil. Upon returning, we were ready to clean the spill and Lisa said don't worry about it, I will take care of it for you. Will rent again from this location.

U-Haul needs to address their system of renting through smaller local offices. The fact that what customers reserve online doesn’t relate to what is actually available at the location puts undo pressure and chaotic confusion on the local vendors. U-Haul is the grandaddy, you have the money, your system should be the best. Please restructure your ability to have a real-time data base that connects all offices and branches so local vendors don’t bear the brunt of a dysfunctional system. The guys at the E Mulberry office in Ft Collins we’re doing their best with their hands tied, they deserve better.

Cab floor had a little trash on it and the driver side door did not shut easily or correctly, but other than that I think everything was fine. I would recommend this location overall, very easy to get in and out of and staff were friendly and helpful enough.

The location staff were great. No complaints about them or the equipment. But this online check in you have is a joke. I still had to do paperwork, show license and do credit card transaction, although so already did all of that online. Didn’t save me any time whatsoever.

When I went to pick up the trailer I was told that it was at a different location. Apparently they said they called me but rather they did not call a usable number. Apparently they called the number that I originally called them on (which is not a number we maintain or use for incoming calls, I only use that number for outgoing calls. They should have asked for my contact phone versus assuming the number I was calling from was my call-back number. That should have been my cell number, which I do check! I was already on a tight schedule to get to Denver and back to pick up two cars that day but due to the new 1 hour difference in pickup time with the new location I could only go down once that day due to prior obligations and had to now go down again the next morning instead, but was held on a VERY tight timeline seeing as they did not open till 8:30 for me to pick up my second car.Upon returning the rental I was 1 hour overdue and got charged for a full day. This is very disappointing. My wife called to let them know I was running behind and traffic was a problem. I would think a pro-rated amount would be mutually adequate. I would appreciate this full day charge removed and pro-rated instead. I feel that is good customer service seeing as I was inconvinced and delayed due to an error on U-Hauls side.

the online ordering was a waste of time. all information was reentered by operator in office. i do not want my personal info saved by uhaul incl dr license, bday, credit card... that would be possible for hacking all in one site. Insane.

Your online 24 hour pickup is a waste of time and doesn't work nobody including uhaul customer service knows how it works its a pain in the ASS you still have to have the store to rent the truck i wasted an hour of time waiting for store to open because customer service couldn't figure out how to help the uhaul employee at the store was very helpful I rent uhaul trucks all the time to be honest if you dont fix the system penske truck rental still has A HUMAN A PERSON You can talk to to get a truck

Despite reserving our truck and showing up on time, we waited over 45 minutes to get the truck. The computer system in the office was worthless and making the employee work harder than she needed to. There was only 1 customer in front of us but it took them over 30 minutes. With only one employee we were left to wait for them, and then it took 15 more minutes for the conputer to process a simple request
