Nothing. The whole staff was outstanding, especially the guy with the tattoos. One of the most helpful, down to earth people I've dealt with in customer service. Put him up for a raise. Caleb was AMAZING! 5 stars all around for his knowledge, customer service and efficiency. Customer Service is what I do as a profession and he is next level. No changes - perhaps give them a better billing/operating system - it was very slow and seems antiquated for U-Haul being such a large company.Sabrina E.

Clean all truck windows inside and outside, my truck was dirty. Windshield wiper blades were bad. I had ask for a newer truck because this was a long ride and I wanted a dependable truck the uhaul attendant said this truck only had 116000 miles. The doors on the had to slammed had in order for the doors to close all the way. Once loaded and starting my journey the suspension and the brakes were very sloppy and the transmission didn't sound or seem to change gear right on the side streets, ok on the highway. Four hours into the 28 hour trip the air conditioner started turning of and on then no cold air. I call uhaul and they told me to go to the uhaul service station witch was out of our way. We got to the uhaul service station and the manager said they were closed but he would still work on it. He replaced the ac air pump, changed the wiper blades and also fixed the air bag light that had been lit up on the dash. We were there over an hour they did a great job. After being on the road for eight hours the air conditioner start to do the some thing not working it was a very hot ride family not very happy. Once we made it florida and unloaded the box, two boxes on the front passenger side had got wet from water coming in from the corner of the box. The two boxes contained now a wet laptop, wet expensive cook books and multiple electronic devices.JOHN T.

The van was mostly clean but once I started the engine I received two warnings: one about oil service, and another one about low tire pressure in a tire. The people there assured me that it was a mistake with the sensor so I used it. But next time I'll need a van I'll try a different Uhaul location.Gianni M.

Initially I went to : 1415 N College Ave Ste 4, Fort Collins, CO 80524 the man working was very rude and immediately told me I was in the wrong place. I repeated the address and he didn't acknowledge me. He finally gave me a number to call and I left. I called and later found out he gave my truck to another woman and it had charged my card. Also, that the individual working has a history of being rude - the person he gave my truck to also commented on his rudeness; additionally people have tweeted about his rudeness. After getting my truck rental sorted I requested to pickup at a farther location to avoid another rude interaction.The second location was 1406 E Mulberry St, Fort Collins, CO 80524 where I was greeted with a friendly individual who was able to immediately get me set up and was very kind. I think you can improve by setting a quality standard for customer service.DARCIE M.

When I got to the location the clerk said he could take the the 5X8 trailer but not the truck since he was full. Not really to have to drive through the downtown area to find the next location. Unfortunately the next location was already closed for the weekend. Next day I went back to my original location expecting to get the same problem but the same clerk was more than amenable and took care of it quietly. Again the location staff was not responsible for the issue.Douglas N.

Our experience with U-Haul just continued to be frustrating. We were scheduled to return the U-Haul to Kings Auto Center and arrived at our scheduled time of 3:00pm Aug 1. The drop off location was closed and no personal was there advising anyone. The lot had a surplus of Trucks and Trailers parked to the point that you could not even drive into the lot. There was absolutely no where to park the U-Haul on their propert. At 3:05 we called Kings Auto center only to get a voice mail. 3:15pm I sent Jorge Garcia, U-Haul field manager, a text asking him what I should do but didn't hear back from him (it was a Sunday which I do respect days off). I then called Ibox Self Storage Gartrell, the place we picked up the U-Haul, and got ahold of Orian, she too did not know what we should do. She said that if we were to just take it back to our house and come back the next morning, that we would be charged for another day and that taking the truck to another drop off location was not an option either. She directed me to call 1800 U-Haul. 3:26pm I called U-Haul and sat on hold till 4:25pm once answering the call the representative was very pleasant and too did not have advice for me but she worked hard on finding a solution, reaching out to other people within the U-Haul company but was not getting a response. We discussed visual options of where I could park the RV across the street from Kings Auto Center since no one was getting back to her with a solution. After a 1 hour &11 min phone call she maid the executive decision to have me park the U-Haul across the street from the Kings Auto Center, off the side of the city road and said she would make notes in the file. I'm having trouble understanding how U-Haul would allow for a scheduled drop off day and time at a location that clearly could not accommodate the number of U-Haul's being dropped off. I respect U-Haul's time and days off but I also wish to have my time and schedule respected too. As much as my experience with U-Haul has not been a good one, I can't find fault in any one single person or facility, its been with the company process as a hole. I appreciate U-Haul's commitment and platform for hearing how your company can improve for the next customer. Thank you for listening.Amy M.

The place where we picked up the truck doesn't open until 9:00am but they scheduled our pickup for 7:00am. We had to wait for 45 minutes for him to set up our equipment because he wasn't ready.Jordan C.

Do not tell people they can pick up trucks before opening time.(9am). The app provided to us did not work. We had a pick time at 5am. App did not work. There were several of us there. We all had to wait until 9am when they opened. We lost our $1600 deposit due we were not able to make two runs. ( due to we only had to 9 to 11:30) thus why we planned to pickup at 5am. When we told the Uhaul employees, they said yea..the app don't work. No discount was offered for your mistake. Just was told thats how Uhaul works. Maybe if we knew this in the beginning we would just have rented 2 trucks. Not a happy customer.Terry E.
secure the reservations you allow through and offer refund or discount when someone has a reservation for over a month and you have to send them to three shops all over town just to find it and its not even the one i reserved its even more expensive. not to mention the staff members ive dealt with this whole time at all three locations were incredibly rude.TESSA R.

Closed and had to return truck via web. It did not work well. Other customers had the same issue submitting photos, etc. Very frustrating and delayed me by another 30 minutes. My whole uhaul experience was terrible.Brian F.
