Due to weather I had to R/S my reservation to the following day and Caleb was really nice and helpful. Upon picking up the rental the following day both men working were very polite and helpful as well. Great experience.

The service person who processed me was great in every location All. Four. Locations. I was sent to over 4 hours. Each person was good BUT the computer had my reservation completely messed up and by end of day 6 hours was wasted just getting my equipment and paying. I don’t think it as the fault of any of the workers. But there is definitely problems with the on line system. Also the truck and trailer were great once I finally got them but truck can reeked of cigarette smoke. Luckily it was warm enough to drive with windows down for hours.

I thought the reservation process with the corporate office was horrible. I made my reservation over the phone and went to pick up the trailer 30 minutes later. My confirmed trailer was already rented to someone else - it was gone. Your reservation department should have at least made a quick phone call to confirm that the equipment was still available before they told me that my rental was confirmed. Ridiculous.

I traveled 7 miles and only had the truck full for about 100 meters of driving. Somehow after this drive I was charged for 2.3 gallons of gas afterwards.

Smoking/non smoking restrictions. The cab reeked of cigarette smoke and it was not pleasant.

The guys were great. It had snowed the night before and they had the truck cleaned off and started it to warm it up for me. I was very happy with the service I got.

Uhaul needs to provide correct information regarding the safety of using the tow bars versus the auto transport. I almost lost my car on the trip due to the tire tie downs not staying on. The ONLY reason that I didn't lose my car was the chains that I attached. This is a safety issue for not only those that are using but everyone else on the roads.

Customer service was great! Online app had little to no detail about what truck we got and where the box for the key was.... just says box! Had to wait an extra hour from the time I checked in Mobile (8 AM) to talk to someone in person at 9 AM

I asked for a newer vehicle as this was a cross country move. The vehicle has 87,000 miles on it, no cruise control and since I used 24/7 I had no option but to take what was there. Furthermore, the website would not allow me to pick up the truck and I spent 45 minutes standing outside in the snow on the phone with Uhaul tech support to fix it. I had called and asked the price difference between the 10 and 15' trucks and was told there was no difference so I moved from the 10 to the 15. When I checked out, I was charged for the 15' and told that I was told that in error. Then, in the process of getting out of the impending blizzard, the paper key tag attached to the key got lost in the snow and when I called the location to find out about a spare or info on getting the vehicle rekeyed- I was given the incorrect key code by Uhaul. We were snowed in a Walmart parking lot for 24 hours and no Uhaul representative could help us.

The price we were charged changed 2 times on my bank account and I was unaware that I would close out the account at one price and then 5 days later it went up. It was way more expensive than I thought it was going to be. We usually use the U Haul in Longmont and it has been much more clear on pricing.

First two initial trucks I was assigned weren't even in the lot. I walked around the poorly lit and snowy lot for 15+ minutes looking for truck codes that didn't match or didn't exist at all. Once my truck was located, took another 15 minutes to dig it out of snowed in lot and de-ice the windshield with no scraper. App froze and wouldn't let me finish check in or check out process. Upon truck return, there was not even enough room to leave it in the drop off lane and had to leave it partially in the street. Would never use this automated service again and have already warned friends not to either.

This particular 15' truck had 90k miles. It did fine but everytime you put in reverse or drive a sharp clanging sound happened. It seemed fine but a little spooky knowing I had another 500 miles to go.

The trailer was clean on the inside but mud covered on the front on the outside. It ended up the running lights were not working. Both fenders were bent up in different locations. However it did work out.

Im not sure what to even say at this point. I drove in, parked the truck, went inside, handed the guy the key, told him about the issues with the equipment, told him the 12 folded, furniture pads were in the front seat and listened to some woman next to me comment on everything I said...WTH...the rep never got up, looked at the truck, verified anything or went over anything with me. I left the facility feeling infinished and wondering if i did everything i should have.

In regards to recommending this facility for equipment usage. I would state they have the equipment to fulfil your needs but their knowledge of their equipment specifications, application usage and customer interaction needs significant improvement.

The U-Haul clerk I worked with at King's Auto was very good. Efficient, polite, helpful. The truck I rented was the correct size, clean, and in excellent condition. The one problem I had was that I'd made the reservation at another place at the OTHER end of town (about 12 miles away) that was markedly more convenient for me. However, when I showed up there (at the address listed as my "preferred pick up location") the email stated that "A U-Haul representative will contact you to schedule you at the most convenient agreed upon location with available equipment." Not having received any different information, I ended driving to the place that did NOT have a pick up truck ready for me. Very frustrating.

The keys were turned in. The truck was turned in on time. The amount of gas met the required amount. Unable, however, to verify the return because of the inability of my mobile to process uhaul.com/share. I was, therefore, charged $20.00, which, to me, is a rip off! The keys were there, the truck was there. What needs to be verified? Will NEVER use Uhaul again.
