Employee at vape shop had no idea that this was a uhaul drop point. Was rude and impatient, finally without explanation he ripped paperwork out of my hand, stormed out the front door and jammed it into orange box without saying a word and with no record for me to verify my drop off of trailer. If the procedure is to not enter Vape shop and just drop it off and put paperwork in orange box, that probably should've been explained to me at the beginning. I would advise any future customers not to enter Vape shop, and if they do do it at their own risk as they may get their head bit off?John S.
The one person in the store had to not only manage a continuous flow of customers but also people dropping off their trailer. You have to be able to park your trailer and unload it yourself. I had a 6 x 12' one. Hopefully this particular location does not rent out trailers. This was the third location I had to find for trailer drop off.cyrus K.

I returned the truck and the vendor could not provide me a receipt- either electronic or printed. Been waiting 10 minutes so far. Still no receipt. Sketchy business.Steve B.

The person inside the store was surprised I was returning equipment to his location and had difficulty looking up my contract. He didn't have anybody to unhitch the trailer so I did it myself.John G.

The rep gave me wrong information pertaining to return location. I tried to return the equipment to a closer location only to be told that it would cost me more to return it there. Because of this, I was unable to return to the original location on time. This was not my fault. The rep then tried to charge me almost triple my rental rate. Luckily, a real Uhaul rep showed up and stepped in. He ended up waiving the additional charges but couldnt explain how the charges almost tripled. I feel like the original rep was basically trying to steal from me. I will not ever return to this location.HOUCK B.

It was weird to me to return to a vape shop. The employee didn't seem real knowledgeable about returns. He seemed to struggle a bit. I was charged an additional $14 for overage on mileage which I was under the assumption that it was a one way rental with unlimited mileage.Tammy K.
the person that set up my reservation messed it up 3 times and had to start over and seemed confused on what he was doing. i asked basic questions about the reservation, like drop off locations and how long i would have the trailer for and he didnt know until after he set up the reservation and it was on my confirmation. this should have been a short process and took over 30 min to set up and pick up the trailer. he didnt inspect the trailer to make sure all the lights worked or that the trailer was hooked up properly. later i found out the lights were not working and had to drive it 5 hours like that.JAMES H.
The rep was nice enough it's just weird picking up a Uhaul truck from a vape shop. The rep forgot to charge his computer overnight which caused me to wait for his computer to restart.VINCENT T.

We registered and paid online. Took over 90 minutes for the clerk to release the vehicle at King Vape. The pick up spot was changed at the last minute and that really seemed to confuse the pick up store. Rescanned our licenses, etc. What a disaster!Kimberly D.
