The guy signing out equipment was rude. His mother owns the location but was out of town so he was frustrated. I was going to haul a trailer for U-Haul but he stayed I'd be paying to do U-Haul a favor as I was being billed for the trailer. He did not go over the truck with me, show gas tank levels or any of that. And I arrived at 10:05 AM for my pickup but didn't get out until after 11 because he was on the phone being rude to someone trying to rent a U-Haul.

ALYSSA DI just think the gas charge was unreasonable. I can't dispute it. I should've taken a pic. Tank was not 1/2 full.

The only improvement I would make is to add a sign down by the road. We had trouble finding the place because it was all up the hill and it was hard to see.

dale wThe attendant was very courteous and knowledgeable. In other places I've visited, they didn't know how to use the latest in uhaul tech. Some still opted to make a call and confirm information. Not here. We were in and out of there in about, or less than, 5 minutes. Very satisfied.

Robert HI was charged the additional Safe Move coverage that I declined. The smell of cigarette smoke from within the building was terrible. The gas tank was not full and the truck was not clean including trash from the previous renters.

Daniel SFrom start to finish it’s just been terrible.
Rocky BMy carrier's coverage was spotty due to cloud coverage and there was no available Wi-Fi from any of the stores nearby. I had to drive down the road to check in but because I wasn't in close enough proximity there was difficulties in checking in due to the location detection for the correct location. I would recommend that all locations offer WiFi and the password be retrieved through the U-Haul app to avoid this. Most of my time with both pick up and delivery is taken by navigating the app and waiting for pictures to upload over a cellular network. Also why do I need to give a name for using a U-Haul? I don't give one to rent any other cars and what if they can't be reached or I don't want anyone to know I am renting a U-Haul, such as in a domestic violence situation? Also relatives and friends will also lie easily for their loved ones so it is a irrelevant and unnecessary step that just prolongs the process. If it is still there the next time I try to rent I will find another option. There is also no clear directions on where cars should park at any of these locations while I have the rental. I don't want my car towed while using the service and would expect the service to pay any towing fees for not providing space to park at the location and there are no signs that are provided to print and put in your dash to prevent towing. This is NOT saying anything about this location in particular but instead an issue with the company U-Haul failing to obtain proper information from the location and provide it to their customers.

CONNIE VI had issues picking up my rental using the uhaul app. It took over 45 min to check in. I had to call Uhaul in order to return the rental. This caused me to loose alot of time. The overall experience was ok other than that.
Cleveland MThe truck had three quarters of a tank of fuel when I picked it up. It was returned with a little more than three quarters. It was returned three minutes prior to the deadline however due to slow phone reception it was past deadline by the time check in was completed.

Charlie WIt was dark when we returned the truck, so we were not able to go inside the store. However, the customer service agent called to verify if we were dropping the truck off on time. I informed the agent that we were dropping the truck off a day early. When a customer drops a truck off before its scheduled time, there should be a credit for early delivery. Also, I did not know until I obtained the truck that I would be charged for anything over 120 miles. UHAUL should take into account that when someone is moving to a different or new town, they should allow for additional miles since a person is not familiar with the area/town for the truck location drop-off. It was dark and the location was very dark and not well lit.

Eric JI've had to rent UHAUL trucks multiple times, but this was far and away the best experience I've had. The truck I was clean and in excellent condition, the rental process and return was smooth. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond in making sure everything was going smoothly.

They were quick to serve us, despite us running a bit behind schedule, and even came around the counter to serve us while another customer was being helped. They were considerate and friendly, and made sure our truck had everything we needed and asked for. I definitely recommend this location. Everyone hates moving, but the good folks at Kinfolk Co Op made our day a lot easier, and we'll be back again at the dreaded move out day!

Mike FThe whole process with uhaul was hard. We tried the ubox and they were not delivered for 3 days. I was on the phone with uhaul for about 6 hours to figure out why! Then I was told that there is a glitch online that it doesn't show the freight charge that we owed an additional $1500!! So we canceled and had to get a truck and car trailer! I was told for 3 days I would get a discount for my troubles $158 for the truck and 79 for the car trailer. Somehow when we picked up our total was $344!!!! This whole experience is hard and a lie. Uhaul doesn't seem to care about their customers experiences at all!

Mike CFix the GPS issues at the site. It took 4 hous to check out the truck and I kept losing service while trying to talk to customer service people. Then after I turned in the key, I drove somewhere where I could actually call customer service and they told me you were going to charge me more because I didn't follow the electronic turn in instructions.
