The service was terrible. The lady who served us seemed like she did not know what she was doing. We already did the online check in to save time, but the service took almost an hour. She did not know how to operate the lock to open Uhaul vehicle. I asked her about Uhaul credit and I could not even use it. Please kindly address this.

SINAN SThe verification process was a real pain. A representative had told me it would take 5 minutes to complete. However, it took almost half an hour to complete, while I had movers that were about to arrive.
Aliyah A1. I was assured that my uncle could pick up the truck using my card on file, and he ended up having to pay for it. 2. I ordered Moving blankets and never got them. instead I was given a dolly that I didn't need. ruined two of my towels because I had no time to find adequate replacements. I will be seeking alternative rental options in the future.

helen sThe vehicles should be fully fuelled before renting out as it is very difficult to judge the amount of fuel to buy in order to return the vehicle at about the same fuel level as at the pick up time.
