Truck smelled like weed and ass. The TPMS light was on, the gas light was on and the windshield wiper fluid warning was on. The dash looked like someone ejaculated on it. I'm still awaiting the results my HIV test.RICHARD Q.

We were told that it was $79 for the first day, 100 miles were free and after 100 miles we would have to pay .39 cent a mile. $20 for each additional day. And $10.00 per day on insurance. We were told it would be $140.00 in total. Instead we ended up having to pay $290 in total. The u hual was terribly filthy, we had to clean it inside and out before using it and it had a terrible smell of cigarettes and marijuana. The gentleman was very rude.Keonte W.

The customer service person was absolutely not what myself nor the other female customer there at the same time expected. The facility was closed at the expected time of pick up we both had scheduled. only to be surprised by him emerging from a rental truck where he had been sleeping. Both myself family and the other customers had knocked on the doors. I myself had called the facility and left a MESSAGE regarding my reservations time. I called my original choice as well as was son hold with customer service when this customer service guy emerged with his lunch in hand...ONLY TO OPEN THE DOORS AND PROCEED TO TURN ON HIS RUKU FLAT SCREEN... AND BEGIN LOOKING FOR HIS LAP TOP... AFTER SIME TIME he went back to the truck where he had been sleeping found it checked me out and I left.. this simple 40 minute delay cost me HELP LOADINGS AND ADDITIONAL COSTS IN MANPOWER TO MOVE MY ITEMS TO FAYETTEVILLE NC......... I WAS NOT EXPECTING THIS.. AND HAVE HAD ONLY ONE OTHER BAD EXPERIENCE WITH UHAL RENTAL IN MY 40 PLUS YEARS OF USING YOUR COMPANY... TO MOVE FROM CITY TO CITY STATE TO STATE... Owner was read mileage and given gas amount. Reserved for 40 miles used 35 but got charged for 71 miles. Now owner does not have a real phone number to call. This listed number goes to voice mail but the owner has not setup a voice mail box. So this owner is shady and will be hearing from me directly when I have to drive to his shop.MARCUS G.
The vehicle was damaged and duck tape was utilized in an attempt to repair the damage. As soon as I was on the highway the damaged area was flapping about 3 feet off the side of the vehicle. Had I not immediately noticed the issue it could have struck a vehicle in the next lane. The damage needs to be repaired before the vehicle is rented again.Clyde B.

I chose this location because I wanted to deal with a person and not deal with the online pick up and drop off. There was someone to assist me With picking up the truck however when I tried to return it there was no one in the office during normal business hours. Me and Someone from uhaul corporate tried contacting the office with no luck. So I still had to check out with the mobile options versus dealing with a person.Benjamin B.
When I get the truck the mileage was over what it say on the website I tried to put it in to correct it it would not let me so I contacted customer service she put it on my account then they charge me for all the it was over 168 miles I only drove 15 mile didn't even need to put in gas now I can't get in touch with the guy to correct there wrong so this is so unacceptableBruce H.
Kerr Lake Cars extended our pickup time so we could get the rental so that was very appreciated. My concern was that the email said someone would call me the day before to go through pickup. They didn't, so it was very frustrating to find out it was a different location than chosen and my order was cancelled because I was late getting to the new destination after all the confusion. The 800# customer service and Kerr Lake Cars fixed it very quickly after we called. The location on Rt15 in Clarksville was not helpful at all.Stacey T.

The office was extremely slow. It appeared there kept being a problem with system. Either he didn't know the processing or just didnt value others time. I got their at 0930 didnt leave until almost noon. I asked for a pick up Truck but instead I was given a small Uhaul box truck. E everything worked out fine. The location was closed during normal business hours without any indication of reason. While I understand things happen a note on the door would have been much less worrisome. We rented a large truck and wanted to be sure it was checked in appropriately as per our contract. After an hour on the phone with UHaul we were able to locate a district supervisor who was initially condescending. Overall I would prefer to pick-up and drop off where normal business hours are maintained or notice given.James H.

This experience was the absolute worst I have ever had with U-HAUL, I'm not sure I will ever rent another product from this company. I came to pick up the truck at the schedule time, the owner wasn't there, spent a couple hours waiting for him to be tracked down. The owner shows up attempts to rent us a truck that doesn't start, then tried to â€œfixâ€ this truck, it won't fix. Then rents us another truck which has not been cleaned by the previous renters and is full of roaches! He does not have the dolly we need but, we are still charged. He does however have bags of rain soaked molded moving blankets if you happen to need any of those. Wouldn't recommend U-Haul to my worst enemy after this.Brian C.
The U-Haul was completely out of gas when I got it, thusly having to put gas in it whereas I was only using it for a hour and going 15miles from the location to move my bed out of my house. Other times when I've gotten a U-Haul it would have gas in it but it was a inconvenience to rent one, have to gas it up as well for a one hour usage.Erika B.
