Truck cut off 15 mins after having it called uhaul 3 times to get someone to come look at it. Meanwhile I lost 3 of the 24 hours I had the truck I was Only off work for one day so I didnt Get everything moved like I wanted too they also still charged me full price. What a waste

I had ordered a dolly and was not provided one. I tried to call and speak with someone about the missing dolly but no one ever answered the phone.

We scheduled pick up at the Preston location for morning hours. We arrive and they don't have a truck available so, they send us to Poplar level. We needed the truck before 11am but, found ourselves leaving the second location after 12n. Preston location said they left a message but, we didn't get it. Also, since when does the rental place change the TIME you, the customer, needs the truck. This was a ridiculous situation!!!

Very dark area. There were men parked in a van watching you. Very Dangerous, I felt really unsafe. Also, I did not get my dolly and there was no one there to get it from during pick up, but I was still charged.

so i had nothing but trouble trying to secure a truck for two Saturdays in a row. I have secured a partial refund but will not recommend or rent from U-Haul again.

Very hard to find with no lighting. I tried calling customer service but was on hold for over 10 minutes.

It’s hard to find, so the GPS tagging could be corrected. It also butts up next to another man’s business and he came out to question me while I was picking up the truck. I was early so it looked like I was just standing there, which I was because the app wasn’t giving me the option to get the 24/7 code yet, so i has to call them. Also my prepaid furniture dolly, pads and utility dolly weren’t in the truck, so I had to wait for the business owner to show up to give them to me, luckily it was only about 20 min, but that shouldn’t have happened for a 24/7 share pickup.

The nationwide number employee was not professional & was not clear on the price of the truck or the address. Lucky we found it. Still haven't seen the final bill including mileage. Maybe the estimated miles was correct! Thanks!

We checked the truck in during business hours, but the gate to the location was closed and locked. There was no evident place to leave the truck to complete the check-in process.
