Use better math skills. I was over charged by almost $200.00 when my estimate said$109.00. Then I was charged $92.00 as I was told I brought the van back with no gas. WRONG! I took pictures & videos of me returning the van. At least U-Haul was fast with the refund. Mke sure to take videos and pictures when you return the rental.

I went in to get my refund the next day and the worker told me they don't carry cash so I left without my refund still haven't gone back to get my refund
