U-Haul Rep was courteous & well informed & helpful. She was ill in the PM when I returned truck so I hope my adjustment to 28 miles used & & reduction in my total credit card charge by $1.38 to $93.21 was done. Thanks.

Overall a good experience. I've worked with this site before. The truck was unlocked before I retrieved the key. The cab had an odd/bad smell. The truck was very beat up on the outside. The windshield had a crack and there were a lot of dings and dents. All seemed to be marked. When returning the truck, the key drop box wasn't clear. I used the storage drop box. Overall, a good experience for the 1st time using the app for self pick up.

Original preferred pickup location when booked turned out to be unavailable. Thought when order was confirmed pickup location was set. Email confirmation stated preferred pickup location. Was contacted by a different location and they stated they showed their new pickup location to also be the drop off location? Planned pickup time could not be accommodated with out using 24/7 app option which required an additional 15 miles being added to allotted mileage which helped. Requested return time changed from 11 am to 8 am on the return day. We later found out the next day the original return location was again the actual return location. Would like to see when booking based on needs and booking is confirmed that it does not deviate from customer needs for usage. UHaul should not confirm booking if requested booking cannot be completed instead notify at time of booking with alternate options to see if they are acceptable.

What would really have improved my experience would have been uhaul not changing my reservation at the last minute. Also not changing my pick and drop off location to 20 miles away and then charging me for driving those miles.

It took me over an hour at the place to get the truck, all kinds of problems with printing, the computer etc. She tried putting in my card and DL info three times, I even prechecked on the phone and nothing. It took a couple of phone call to the main UHaul office to get it done. I got the truck after one hour. To add insult to injury my card was charged for three rentals, this was on a Friday. My card was not credited for the two wrong rentals until Wednesday.
