The trailer we reserved almost 3 weeks in advance was not available for pick up as expected. We ended up having to rent a smaller trailer which was inadequate for our move. We are extremely disappointed that we were not notified that our original rental trailer was not available. We are also very disappointed in the awkward situation that put the owner of the business in. We will not be trusting Uhaul for any further services.

We were not given papers to be legally driving the Uhaul. Kenny’s Lumber took a check from me for $146 and also charged my grandson $146 on his debit card. So I paid twice. I want my check returned to me immediately. Or refund my Grandson Brandon Mosher his money on his debit card. He is the one who picked up the uhaul for me this morning at Kenny’s Lumber in Superior Neb. Very unhappy customer!

My only concern, not from the location the truck was rented, but the equipment, was that the rearview mirror had been damaged. This was not pointed out to me and it was not adjustable. This was a driving hazard.

You guys charged me way too much money in the first place. When I didn't even use the full mileage or days allotted still no refund was offered. Also needed to change from trailer to truck and had to pay again well over a thousand dollars. I will never use or recommend your business to anyone! Bet I don't get a response from this, if you feel like being a good citizen or for that matter a good person maybe you should evaluate your employees better.

This location needs some training because even though we had the truck reserved it took them 45 minutes to get it all situated. When the truck was brought up to us they had to take out many bags of blankets, which they just tossed on the ground behind the truck.
