The staff that check you out and in need A LOT MORE TRAINING! They are friendly, but most of the time they have little knowledge on what to do. The check-out process is usually smoother that checking back in.

Picked up in the morning so didn't turn on air conditioner. Turns out the a/c needs recharged and blows out hot air. Nothing worse than packing it in 90+ heat just to have no air conditioning for the trip. Inspect vehicles better before renting them out.

I spoke to a U-Haul reservation clerk when reserving this trailer. I wanted a utility trailer to haul stone. The trailer reserved was a trailer with a ramp that was made of expanded metal. I asked the reservation clerk if the gate was solid and she said it was. I had to alter my plans and get a tarp to cover the gate so I didn't lose stone going down the highway. Next time I will be sure to get a real utility trailer and not a motorcycle hauler.

The location and service at the pick-up/drop off location was great. The billing is a whole other matter that I am not happy about. I was charged an extra day and it is taking too long to get this resolved!

Supply a dolley for the truck like asked. Have the right size truck I ordered. Gave me such a big truck could barely drive it. 26 inch instead of 20. Used more gas.

Have better signage indicating the Uhaul “office“ location or something stating “Uhaul returns, see truck stop attendant for service” or similar.

Just check the gas !! They told me it was on a certain line and it was on the line before empty but they took care of it right away or I would have had to pay a lot for gas and I only went 5 miles for a 6 hour rental. The lady who took care of me was super sweet and super nice. I thank you for that. I had excellent service.

I had completed the mobile check-in for the drop off. All I needed to do was turn in the key. If they had an after-hours key box I would've been done after I completed the mobile check-in, but instead I had to wait for the location to search for my already completed order, call their U-Haul rep, and verify the mileage and fuel level that I had already day accepted responsibility for on the app. What is the point of mobile check-in if the locations don't understand its purpose?

I waited almost an hour just to rent to Uhaul due to technical difficulties. I was patient and waited because I needed a truck. I also had to use a 20 foot truck instead of the 10 ft truck I was suppose to get. I had to change plans of delivering some items because I did not feel I could get this truck down a road I had to maneuver. I was told I would receive a discount but was told I would receive the truck fore a cost of 19.00 and reduced the cost by 20.00. 19.00 was the price I agreed to from the beginning.

I went to drop off after calling the uhaul office and was told by YOUR representative that the drop off location was open to receive returns up until 11:30 pm Upon arrival Kendall Kettle said that the uhaul area actually closed at 7:30pm But he was very helpful and accepted the return and viewed the return condition and we were good to go And no additional charges would be accessed I was told I'd get a paid email statement that the merchandise was returned and no damage Still waiting for that bit of information..., Over all it was ok Should the need arise I'd probably use service again But if like to get my final bill that has been charged Thank you Rose Smith

The store where the truck was reserved didn't have my truck. They sent me somewhere else. They didn't have my truck! Wast of over 2 hours with people waiting on me to get back with a truck!!!! I'm not happy at all !!!!!!!!!!!

The location did not have any signage so was difficult to find and I wasn't even sure I was in the right place. After they got all my information and ran my card they handed me the keys and vaguely pointed out the window saying, “it's on the other side of the semis.” There were two trucks in the general area where I was directed, leaving me to take a guess at which was mine. The staff was not very helpful.

I would recommend the truck be at the original location because this experience was a NIGHTMARE! We were guaranteed a truck at a Cincinnati location and I reserved it 3 months in advance. Absolutely horrible!!!!

We called the number on the paperwork when we arrived. We were then forwarded to another number. The guy said he did not know what we were talking about. We then went into the truck stop and asked the attendant for help. She ended up helping us, but there was no clear sign to go there.

I rented it from Thursday to Saturday and Saturday I got a email from uhaul truck recovery saying they were looking for that truck that wasn't returned Friday morning even tho I rented it till Saturday now if I would have got pulled over I would have been sitting in jail because of your employee... not happy with your company and didn't even offer a discount for their mistake that could have cost me alot more...

Even though I did not request insurance,dolly or blanket covers I have been charged for them and have called to receive the $38.00 that I was overcharged. This should not have happened. I did not request them when I was asked about a dolly or blankets and insurance was never even brought up.

Rented a trailer from this location. Took forever to get checked out, even tho I had reservations, they wanted to put everything in again and kept letting others jump in line over and over.. Which I know its a gas station, but I would like to get checked out... The return was a joke. And 2 days later decided to charge a cleaning fee. Said the inside was totally muddy. How is a trailer that was used for moving my sons furniture to his first apartment filled with mud?? Would we really be tracking mud into his newly carpeted apartment. Just doesn't make sense. And phone calls just keep leading to a manager will call you back... Never did.. Will never go back here again.. Only did so because my normal location in Harrison didn't have the trailer I needed...

Stream line your your contract program and make it more user friendly, I needed the trailer for less than 2hrs. I spent almost 40 min. Waiting to complete contract.

The lady took over 30 minutes to process a simple van rental. Van was filthy inside and out, the Chevy van only had 11,433 miles on it and the air conditioner blew warm air, it was only 92 degrees out, the ABS light was on, the parking brake light was on, and the skid control light was on, and yes I drive a Chevy Tahoe and it has nearly the same dash and instrument display, I tried to get the lights to go off but they didn't.

I orinally rented a truck at the IGA in Dillsboro. Since it was closed I received instructions to rent using the app. Big mistake. I was unable to download my picture after numerous tries. I called the 800 number and they told me the only person that could help is the chat feature. After chatting with no success they told me to go inside the store. It was closed. I called the 800 number back to cancel my reservation. This time Evan was very helpful. He found me a truck 30 minutes away and offered me a $50 credit. It only put us an hour behind schedule.
