how about not fucking up the reservation? I specifically selected a store for pick up, and you moved me somewhere different. The employee at the correct location was a totally rockstar and knew the ins and outs of the system to make this work for me. You cost me time and frustration. Not happy. The location was fantastic. You guys and your reservation system? Not so much.

Clean the vehicle. I know it was a quick turn around, so time didn't allow for the vehicle to be cleaned. The rental pick up location was at a convenience store. The great female employee that waited on me couldn't leave the store to clean a vehicle. She was the only employee there. It should have been cleaned by the customer that used it before I received the vehicle. The convenience store manager should let Uhaul know that there will be no one that can clean returned vehicles or schedule additional employees to help deal with the rental and return of vehicles.

Reservation was for 7:00 am. Agent didn't show up until 8:15 and said she didn't hear her alarm. She was also extremely rude. I would strongly recommend another location or if unable, another company. The U-Haul people I called to find out what was going on were nice, but they should terminate the authorization of this location.

The location and truck was great. The process of checking out the truck was a frustrating experience because it felt like there was far too much to do just to get the keys. Too many steps to complete the transaction. Too many pics, by the end of it I was tempted to go somewhere else because it was frustrating. If you have an agent that has the keys, they should handle the walk around or at least assist in some ways to speed up the process. It shouldn't take that long to get the keys in hand.

The truck was dirty inside, the window was left open so there was water on the seat and the cup handle to close the door was full of water so when the door closed I got a bath. wind shield wipers where broken.

I was not impressed with clerk who closed out my rental. She closed the charges and tacked on an extra $10 for blankets and dolly use. No blankets were available when I rented the truck and no dolly was ordered. When I asked about those charges, she said that the regional manager would have to issue the refund. Not customer friendly and borderline fraudulent. BTW, still waiting for a callback from the regional manager. Note that this is not typical for my experiences with U-Haul.

I was charged a $20.00 fee for returning the vehicle within just a few hours? What!!! After hours charge. Listen very closely...I filled my gas tank there and it is costing $1000.00 to replace the fuel pump etc; my car was filled with black murky water. NOT GASOLINE!!! So please... refund the "after hours uhaul charge of $20.00".Equipment #BE 5053 W. Thankyou!

Put out a phone number in case the truck breaks down. As I was renting the truck , I had to ask for a number , just in case , and was given the number of the regional manager. I dont know what he could have done if I needed help with a broken truck. Luckily everything went great.

Both ladies were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make my experience a good one. The man checking me out couldn't change the receipt so he had to call the manager back. It would be helpful for the next customer if he was shown how to make changes in the computer if there was an error.

Besides the very nice ladies in the Littleton Valero, this was a horrible experience. I will never consider using UHaul again. I reserved a 17ft truck a week before my move that you guaranteed. I was then told that only a 15 ft truck was available which I was okay with. And then I was told 1.5 days before my move that I now had to drive 30 minutes away to pick up my truck at 7 am. Then I get there Saturday morning on 6/29 and the only truck available is a 10 ft truck! I relied on UHaul to allow me to move a 2 bedroom apartment. The 10 ft truck option was not what I was guaranteed, therefore I want a full refund. The customer service is garbage at uhaul. When i called the local number the lady answering was extremely unapologetic and didnt even care that I was inconvenienced and told me basically I had no options. This was easily the worst customer experience of my entire life. Give me a call if you even care about making this right 818-430-9131

Ken Caryl Convenience was a nightmare. The clerk that works there, Daniel was rude, belligerent and more importantly did not know how to handle the u-haul rentals. The truck they wanted to give me smelled like a cigarette factory. When I asked if I could switch trucks, as there was another 10' truck there he told me no. He told me that, that was the truck that I was assigned. If I didn't want it I could go rent somewhere else. I asked to speak to the store manager and she switched it no questions asked. There was mileage discrepancy with the mileage when I checked the truck out and I was assured it would not be a problem when I checked it in. Of course, when I checked the truck in, Daniel was there again. He could not check the truck in because when he pulled it up it showed in their computer that the truck had "0" mileage and wanted to charge me $50,000 for the 1 day rental. He did not know how to fix it. Because he was completely incompetent I asked again to speak to his manager as I was not leaving the store until i had paid the correct amount. He told me to take the truck to another haul dealer to check it in. What? He eventually called his manager in and again, she was able to correct it no problem. The store manager was great, however, it is clear that they do not ike dealing with the haul rentals. This store does your company a HUGE disservice. Will rent somewhere else next time.

I was charged for pads I didn't order or receive. I have called the 800 number and was told the $30 would be credited it back and that Is receive a coupon for the trouble. It's been 10 days and nothing has been resolved. The guy at the pick up location didn't seem to know how to enter the order.

It was good overall. The gas station attendants didn't know much about the uhaul process. The truck I rented was very old & had a ton of past damage to it, could use a new paint job. I don't mind however, it got me where I was going. Thanks again uhaul for the help.

I was told that I couldn't drop off my truck at this location. I showed the gas station clerk my reservation stating I was at the correct place to drop off. He had to call the owner and ask for permission for me to park the truck. It was very disorganized. I performed the mobile check out which was very easy. The gas station clerk said that I didn't need to lock the dolly or blankets in the cab. He confirmed he would take the dolly “out back” but wouldn't take the blankets in because he didn't “feel like doing it that night.” I'm concerned with the lack of responsibility for checking in and checking out.

Easy pick up and drop off. The only issue I have it to be more clear in what the costs of the truck are. I was quoted $29.99 plus $.99/mile. I was never told I was going to pay for gas.

The truck I reserved was ready and available, but there were no blankets! I reserved a dozen moving blankets because I was only moving fine furniture with the truck. I had to rent the truck, then drive it back home and scrounge up some bath towels and bubble wrap to substitute for the U-Haul blankets before I could go pick up my furniture. Obviously, this took additional time to get the job done. When I reserved my U-Haul truck, I entered my phone number on the application. Why didn't someone call and notify me that there were no blankets BEFORE I picked up the truck? It's just common sense (and common courtesy).

There were some charges I was not aware of, especially the 99 cents per mile charge. Also, 20 dollars charge for insurance was unexpected. Otherwise, all went as expected.

The vehicle was covered in snow/ice and didn't have an ice scraper. When I asked for one, the one I was given was broken and not long enough to reach the top of the truck. The vehicle itself smelled like cigarette smoke, even though it only had 6000 miles on it. When I returned the vehicle, the male employee asked me if I'd taken a picture of the dashboard as proof of mileage/fuel level, and was about to ask me to walk outside to take one (instead of doing his job and walking 20 feet to where the vehicle was parked), when the female employee said she was about to do it anyway. The gal that checked the vehicle out to me was friendly and helpful, but that was the only good thing about my experience renting from this location.

I ordered a dolly, it wasn't in the back of the truck, no one told me I had to grab it separately. When I returned the truck they were not able to refund me for the equipment I didn't use. I would simply recommend that they make sure to tell customers where to pick up different equipment ordered and have a better understanding of the CRM. On a positive note, employees were friendly and I believe did the best they could to help.

When I arrived to pick up the U-Haul truck, the person working the counter had to divide his attention to me and the customers walking in. This made my pick up experience longer. He was very polite though. I wanted to add another driver and he didn't know how to do it. So that took longer for him to contact UHAUL. I ended up not having a driver. There was a snowstorm the Day before, and told the clerk there was no windshield washer fluid. He told me he's not responsible for maintenance of the truck. So I did not have any. The person I return the truck to you at that store location, was not as busy as the man in the morning. He was able to get me checked out of my U-Haul relatively quickly. He was also very polite. I would not use this location again. The trucks were not maintained with washer fluid, the convenient store was busy so I could not be checked into my u-Haul in the morning quickly.
